We arrived at 11:30pm, restaurant was a bit dirty, many unclean tables, we though this was charming at first and that the food would be great, but left realizing it was just dirty because they didn't care. I ordered at the counter and the price was about double that of their website menu. we sat down and received our order 20~m later. the food was the quality of frozen reheatable food and we both could not finish our meals.tldr: wait was long, food was horrible, no table service, restaurant was dirty. we were not provided with napkins or knifes, just forks.edit: checking my bank account, I was charged $33 for my order despite the receipt being $25 with a $3 added tip. I suppose this is why the menu says "prices subject to change"
After several call backs (due to being put on hold and no one returning) I placed my order. Panhandler's hanging outside. The food was fresh but my companion wasn't able to dip his wings (a black hair in his ranch) after overlooking our food, we both agreed it was tasty.
This place is, by far, the worst restaurant I have personally been to. I came here to dine-in with my fiancee around 11:20 pm. The entire place was dirty and the bathroom was closed, which we were okay with at first. We've both been to places that didn't look great, but that had great food to make up for it. However, the food we got was just as awful as the restaurant itself. It took 20-30 minutes for us to get our food, and it was the same quality as frozen food, and EXTREMELY overpriced. My pita was 11 dollars and tasted worse than a sandwich from checkers/rallys. It's outrageous that this place is still open, not to mention how well reviewed it is.
recommended to everyone! Lots of options of food choices! My son was having huge temper temper an another waitress scoop in up & walk away with my son singing to him help calm him down. Never in my life ever care enough to calm child down in restaurant setting. Was server my self was so...mind blow & appreciate the help & server! Once again Thank u!
The meals here are hit or miss, but it's like that in so many places now and that's disappointing especially when your spending your money. It's an ok place but it definitely needs to be cleaned, I didn't even want to sit down the booths are extremely nasty garbage in the lobby was over flowing and bathroom was terrible yes I look at that (went there more than once and after the first time didn't want anything to eat was there with my coworkers). Please clean up where your customers have to sit. Its been like that before the pandemic and its still like that after. Plus is their customer service is exceptional
I ordered a nacho they charged me 10.30 for nacho chips and cheese no toppings whatsoever and it said nachos with various toppings when I called they said the prices differ from the menu everytime I go in there i tip very well they're tables are always broke or the waitresses are very rude I'm so upset and I know they don't care about they're customers at all and won't do anything about this
For a 24/7 coney I didn't expect much but I had a good takeout experience for it being 4am. Swift call to order, food tasted fresh, they have a lil' counter full of ice cream! Didn't get to try them but they keep their whole cakes out on the counter in glasses so at least I know how fresh the slices are.Can't wait to order again
Waitresses didn't check up on us about our food. Handed my friend 3 hot dogs then I got my 1 hotdog like 8 minutes later. Wasn't even busy. Was nice to us, but service was bad. We finished our food and waved her down in the back to bring us our bill
This is a wonderful place. Visiting from New York I needed a good home cooked breakfast with grits. The food is great, the staff is down to earth and friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and peaceful. Loved it. ❤
Of all the coneys we tried in our journey eating our way through Detroit- this was the best! Kool aid to drink with it is recommended. Just fantastically simple and good!!
