Outstanding. I went to A18 which is just above the gate on the top floor. The whole place is very clean. It was pretty busy but no struggles to find a seat. Receptionists very friendly. The view is good, I could see my plane/gate from the window. I arrived at just after noon and they had lunch options. Lunch was tortellini, meatballs, stuffed baked potato, sandwiches, charcuterie, hummus, fruit and cookies/dessert. The bartender was friendly, and as always drinks are free (tip appreciated). The self serve latte machine was cool as well.
Nice calming atmosphere. It's good place to relax, have snacks, and Wi-Fi.
Good lounge. The woman behind the small bar is great but that area gets very crowded. Hopefully the updates they are planning help with that and add an actual bar.Decent food selection and good staff overall.
Nice place to relax or get work done before a flight. There are 2 clubs in the middle of the terminal and one at each end of the terminal. The end terminals have a nice view of the tarmac. The middle ones are larger and have no view of the tarmac. All have the same food and drinks.
Very, very nice lounge. Very spacious inside with plenty of seating and shower facilities. Good food. This lounge opens until 10:30 pm. (Just to confirm, this is the one at gate A38)
I really enjoy frying with Delta! I like the app/wifi for entertainment that makes the fly easier and quicker. The personal (fly attendance & pilots) were so kind and make us feel good/ comfortable during our travel
Mostly stopping by to say- TIP YOUR BARTENDER if you stop by. Just because the drinks are free doesn't mean the person getting them doesn't need to get paid, OK? I swear, three or four people ahead of me just bounced once they had what they wanted. Not cool.Great space to relax or work comfortably. A few changes I would make, mostly around more vegetarian food options, but nothing huge.
I’ve been to hundreds of delta sky club lounges. My boyfriend and I were blown away by service of a women named Annette at the Detroit sky club lounge. We had both never seen anything like it. She greeted every person that entered, asked each person if there was anything she could do to make them more comfortable and offered my boyfriend a coat when he was sick trying to doze for a bit before our next flight. This women was next level. I felt like I was at a five star hotel. Best service I’ve probably ever seen. This women needs some serious recognition.
Wow! Great experience at the A43 delta sky club today. Annette and Renee were very attentive hostesses always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was plentiful and the service spectacular. Special shot out to Renne and Annette for the fast and friendly service!
This lounge has got to be the best one ever! Great food selection, vast area, and enough areas to have privacy. Ling was such a sweetheart and easily offers a smile or assistance. I also had some technical problems and Dawn, Kazumi, and Mark were all eager to help. Dawn is quick, consistent, and a natural customer service professional. Delta Sky Club, you know the assignment in this location.
