The ice cream was grainy in texture, which means it had melted, and instead of throwing it out they refroze it and sold it. Customer service is terrible as well. They will stand there just looking at you waiting for someone else to help you.
Bought ice cream here after going to greektown casino. The cashier charged me a 15$ tip on the ice cream. NEVER COMING BACK. AVOID THIS store. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR credit CARD FOR NO REASON FOR A TIP. and the candy in the counter is old, flavorless and disgusting. Candy looks like it hasn’t been touched for ages. The counter looks dirty,and dusty where the candy is kept. The ice cream is overpriced and isnt that well.. tastes very old like it has been sitting in the freezer after expiration. MAKE SURE TO PAY USING CASH ONLY, they WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU AND CHARGE YOU A TIP ON YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.
Terrible service. Too long of a wait. Only one worker had a mask on. One workers pants were exposing his underwear I came to see ice cream not your underwear.

Bad quality toppings/ ice cream. Only one worker actually works. Long wait time even if you’re the only one in line. Whole place needs new management and regular inspections on cleanliness and training for employees

ordered door dash, i got marble cake batter with brownie, cookie dough, and marshmallow cream. my whole ice cream had one rock hard piece of cookie dough, no brownie, and an excessive amount of marshmallow cream. they ended up putting my brownie inside of my boyfriend's order of ice cream, which he did not ask for brownie in. this was my first time having cold stone and i was excited. but now im just really disappointed and kind of sad :-( i know it isn't yall's fault and maybe stuff just gets mixed up sometimes. im just kind of disappointed. so if you order from here, don't get door dash at least
