This spot is a hidden gem. It doesn't have an extensive menu, but what they have is very good. However, what makes this place shine is the batista. Sophie was very knowledgeable and great at her job, and she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Great experience!
Really cool small coffee shop in the basement. There was a long wait but understandable since there one only one barista, but she was a champ.Had answers to everyone's questions about espresso drinks and cranked out all the drinks as fast as she could with an incredible attitude. Not much of a food menu but the coffee is amazing. Even the drip coffee is a must. My wife got a cup of "magic" and really enjoyed it.Definitely going to try to grab a bag of coffee on my next visit.
Here 4 automate tradeshow. Looked for a local instead of usual popular global choice.Come now, run. Great small place and learned about coffee which I'm a non-coffee person.Magic was a great choice which is Australian type which is less acidity.
i adore this coffee shop !! every experience here has made my day at least 20% better. the espresso is exceptional, they source their beans from australia which is very authentic and cute. it goes well with their name and overall vibe. im obsessed ✋
Stopped in for a coffee on a walk not realizing it was the new speakeasy that looked awesome. Ended up having some espresso martinis that were phenomenal! Will be back.
Great coffee. Akeem helped my husband and I while we were there. My husband got the spicy latte and I got the lavender latter. Both were very good. They make all their syrups in house. Akeem was very friendly. Will def go back next time we're in Detroit.
Really wanted to try this place. Heard nothing but amazing reviews about their coffee. To be honest, I am not a huge coffee fan, but this place really made me think maybe I was just drinking bad coffee all my life. Ended up getting a latte the coffee had so many different flavors and tastes, it was such a pleasure to drink. Wish there was more places to work there because I probably would of stayed all day and had another! Very cute and just a delight to find a niche coffee place. Fingers crossed it becomes a Detroit staple.

Loved the place, had some of the best coffee balance I have had of late, especially with ristretto rather than traditional espresso in the drink I had. There is minimal seating for the coffee shop but if you come at another time, there's a bit more there than you might expect. Planning on coming back soon. Wish the in house coffee cups had handles.
Not a place to hang out all day because there are only a few barstools, but it's definitely the place for an excellent cup of coffee. Also great service!! Very friendly and knowledgeable barista. Small place so only one person working, but worth a short wait if there is a line for sure.
