I just had dinner from club celebrity located at 14421 Plymouth Rd. in Detroit. I ordered baked chicken collard greens candied yams mac & cheese peach cobbler .You talking about finger licking good ! Oh my goodness! Presentation was awesome .A little bit of a wait on food but food was superb with just the right seasoning . My granddaughter ordered the lamb chops and some mac & cheese. I should’ve took a picture .No worry though cause I WILL be going back . If you want the best ,leave out the rest ,go over to Club Celebrity and get you a real Soulfood dinner??

They’re food is good however we waited for 35 minutes plus for our order. Somewhere in between that time our car got broken in to and they stole all of our things. It is not a safe environment and for whatever reason the security were constantly in and out of the building so they clearly didn’t see anything happening outside of their establishment. I will never come back we aren’t even safe there. Too bad because their food is actually good. Never again 10/10 don’t recommend.
Lamb chops with celebrity sauce will have me driving 35 min after work and forget about cooking dinner ! Also the pepper steak is so tender and flavorful ! Sweet potatoes and Mac n cheese are so good! It's always a line , but that's expected , the food is worth the wait
This lamb chop cost me $4, not even the size of a sausage patty!.. The rest of them weren't any bigger. I've eaten here before and they were bigger. That's why I came back, but apparently they're not consistent with their portions. They have a loyal customer base that's an older crowd who gets drunk at 2pm and probably think the food is great, but I promise this isn't acceptable! This will be the last time I eat here because the manager told me that it's considered a regular size and I was charged correctly. The ribs tips weren't good neither. I rode to meatland, brought my own chops and cooked them that day. Fed the ones I got here to my dog. If this is black owned, shame on you

So friggin consistent! Good food, good music... Sometimes funny ppl ..I love to order food and wait at the bar and have a drink! I love the little bartender, she's very cool! I just love this place... I love to go around 4 or 5 on any given day! Lamb chop sauce is ah mazing! Sides are the ish.... I'm not too fond of the packaged cornbread tho...I love the muffins they used to have!! My spot!
Checked this place out for the first time yesterday. I got the lamb chop dinner with yams and mac. Everything was good, especially the yams. My boy got the crab legs and the seasoning was some of the best I’ve had. My boo got the cajun chicken breast and it was good just dry. There is a wait on food but we just ordered and chilled at the bar. The bar vibe was dope and the music was ? Would definitely come back.
Great atmosphere ,great people been going here for years .food is delicious the sauce is to die for !!! I’ve never had a problem here .only thing is the wait for the food is usually long at least 30 minutes. well worth it but if I’m on a lunch break I’m gonna be late.
