they don’t change the oil the chicken taste bad, for my experience in restaurant they don’t charge the oiland the chicken have a bad taste,
Only thing that was good was the biscuits disappointed then she gone give me some gravy that taste like and look like water
I'll give you that much food and they're overpriced two pieces of chicken a finger okra and a big soda for $9 it's not worth it
Chicken was reheated, they did not give us our biscuits and the lady was touching items without gloves on, when you get your food home and is reay to eat you want your food to be hot, I will not go to this location ever, nor would I recommend it either. This is call bad service.
Horrible the place is dirty and dingy their collecting money and serving food out of the food carousel which has food dirt and hair in it...I seen another employee on the phone which i asked if she could or would help the cashier her response was cant you see im busy i said i wonder what the regional manager would have to say she then replied i am the regional manager. I then asked the cashier was she going to was her hands before she put my order together she said why i replied because you collected my money money is dirty i told them that i was going to contact corporate which i did and im going to the health department too
If this is. Churches Chicken Fenkell and Schaefer. The inside is very dirty so are the windows. It needs a cleaning the floors are sticky. The garbage can in the lobby horrible. The pregnant cook was on her phone the whole time. While boxing up the food. The cashier was friendly. 17th November 2021

The taste of the chicken could have been better, but it was cooked too long. Person who waited on me was excellent! Plus the chicken was too small, I thought it was a pigeon or a crow. Too small! If the chicken was right, I have no problem with giving y'all five stars? Make the chicken larger or don't cook it so long because it will shrink the longer you cook it. I used to be an all-time favorite for Church's Chicken until now..! Help him out I know you could do better? The corner of fenkell and Schaefer that's where the place is.

Waiting in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes before being told (where I had to place my order at the window) there were no sides or spicy chicken. Just greasy over-cooked pieces with no wings. 1 star because the girl at the window was nice.
