Cold Chicken Every visit even when ask for fresh hot chicken and is willing to wait as long as it takes. My order is always missing something even SALT !!! WE GOT A BIG BOX OF CHICKEN AND NOT ONE PIECE HAD ANY SALT ON IT. ITS A SHAME HOW BAD IT HAS GOTTEN.
This Is Yet The Worst Restaurant I Have Ever Been To So Last Night 07/06/2022 I Was Doing Door Dashing And Had A Pick Up Order From Here They Was So Rude Kept Telling Me They Wasn't Making The Order Then Starting Saying They Already Had Already Left Mind You As Im Dashing The Order Popped Right Up So I Was 4Mons Away From The Location They Are Rude It Was Very Dirty In There I’m Definitely Reporting This To The Health Department
I got a 10 piece leg and thigh box and it was very greasy and soggy!!! Definantly diffrent from all the other churches quality wise!!!! And for ten thigh and legs they only gave me two small bbq packets!!! Another complaint!!! The customer service is terrible they are always out of tenders and pies!!! Also non of the workers at this place speak good English, how can I get served when ordering to someone that can’t speak good English!
They will continue to use their used old grease regardless and the chicken comes out sooo greasy and slimey. It smells like old grease. They are unsanitary. They eat while they make peoples orders. Their customer service sucks. I was sitting at the drive thru menu for 5 minutes yelling hello. I pull around and look in and the guy that works there is standing against the register chillin, eating some chicken. I said you really had me sitting there waiting while you're standing there eating. He nods and says, "What do you want?" I said and that's how you greet me? He says yes..... I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.
Restaurant was dirty. Floors were sticky, tables were all sticky and unclean.Customer service was not good at all... actually very condescending. Lastly, I was missing food items which other patrons said was a regular thing.
Drove 15 minutes it says closes at 10 pm got here at 930 pm but these people are very disrespectful never come back to this location
This is the worst Church's ever that chicken was not crispy like most Church's is.....not only did they mess up my order they had a nasty attitude to go with it. They are from India and speak poor English. I ordered the Texas feast which consists of 3 pieces of chicken (leg and thigh), biscuit,jalapeño pepper, 2 sides and a large drink for $7.49....and I wanted two apple pies. I had money ....this is what I want. It was hard trying to explain to him the Texas deal. I went home w/o checking my bag. I had everything except my 2 sides I went back. They totally ignored me. ...I went home with my food...it was greasy and raw around the bone. I was frustrated and gave it to the dogs. My husband is telling now that this is the worst food service I won't be back although the apple pie was good and they didn't put the glaze on it..
Greasy chicken drive thru person barely speak English and didn't understand or want to give us the special had to go inside where other worker was cussing up a Strom no more churches for me
The Service is the Absolute worse! You MUST check your order before you leave because they will give you old food. They will close without letting anyone know while you're still in the drive through. Watch out for the gigantic pot holes in the parking lot
0 stars!!! That place is sooooo filthy they just have two counters full of chicken continuously making more n more. That made me not want the food alone, I got my food took one bite n threw it away it tasted like some type of chemicals on my chicken I’ll never forget the smell n the taste I’d rather eat Vienna sausages for the rest of my life it was THAT bad
