Couldn't get ours or anyone else's order right. Dirty store and rude employees. The food was warm and fresh but didn't taste good.
The grease is burnt and the chicken is horrible they need to replace the grease regularly and stop being so cheap. They would get 0 stars if I could
I drove 30 minutes to get some tasty Church's chicken and it's ran by crooked Indians that tried to tell me that two large beverages was the same as two 1/2 gallon jugs that you are supposed to get with your family meal.
I needed to use the restroom when I came into the building they refused to give me the key. I ordered dark meat chicken the leg was normal but the thigh was hot I was not pleased.
Most all church's chicken locations cheat you out of your pieces of meat. Either they take a breast cut it in half and sell 1 piece as 2, and/or they forget to give you what you paid for ijs.
The first time I went they were hot and fresh. Now the Second time I was very disappointed ?. They try to give me cold chicken ? who want cold chicken OK. So make sure your food is HOT.
I drive from the Downriver area or send my Sister just about every Tuesday to pick up lunch sometimes dinner and it's becoming a habit that the order is always wrong. Some how Churches can't get it right. WHY. The incorrect pieces of meat, the wrong drink, items I didn't order and just all screwed up. One time I happened to check before I drove off, went back inside I was told to keep the wrong order and was given the correction. I had so much food my Family got sick of it. I ended up giving it away. CHURCHS GET IT RIGHT!!!
Meh, i've had bett3er service at other locations. They are that polite just want to take the money and move you on. I've had Uber order canceleld for no reason other than they can't get to it when i scheudle for a 5 p.m pick up time at 12:00 how much time do they need?
Placed an online order 1/6/2022 and paid for it, upon going to the restaurant to pick it up we noticed that the doors were locked. We knocked and knocked several minutes before a staff member appeared and motioned that the store was closed. 1.5 hours before their closing time!!! I understand that with the pandemic, stores are closing early so that's understandable. However, they should not be accepting online orders if they aren't opened. Also, the store's phone number goes straight to voicemail! The following day, we returned for our purchase or a refund after being informed by the staff the previous day to return at 1100 am when they were opened. Not only were the doors again locked at 1130, but upon knocking several minutes AGAIN, we were informed they would not open until 1pm, and to return. I stated to the staff member that I just wanted a refund. They were not accomodating, nor did they care. I left and immediately called Church's Corp. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received my refund of 25 dollars yet. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS FRANCHISE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT IMPORTANT
I'm always tempted to make my own sides but there's good sides here. Best quick ? apple pies you can get. Strong sweet tea get some ice.
