Terrible service! The man working in the back dumped my potatoes back in the fryer after he tried to give it to me raw, the lady in the front was making food with no gloves, right after handling all of the money, it was just horrible in there. do not recommend.
I came to your establishment and ordered $55 in food and asked for my chicken to be a certain way. I was told I couldn't which is concerning to me. When I'm paying for food I expect that since I'm paying my hard earned money that I can say how I want my food. Well that isn't the case and very frustrating. If I ask for something particular that I'm paying for it should be that way. I don't understand how you can tell a paying customer no you can't have your food this way. Any other restaurant I have gone to and ask for something particular it's no problem but here that's not only wasn't the case but they stood on this decision. I kept my order because I didn't feel like trying to find something else but it won't happen again. I'm not saying the customer is always right but if I a customer am paying for food I should be able to get it the way I want it.
Great place to never go. filthy inside, chicken sandwich was pretty nasty, thin, the crusty breaded layer was thicker. How do they stay in Biz ?The bun was actually decent.
As a Long Time Detroit Resident of The Mack Area Morningside Community and A 25+ Years As A Community Advocate and Activist I Have NEVER Received Such Poor Cutomer Service from a Local Community Restaurant Right Here in My Own Backyard and Area Where I Live! Especially, ON A Special Day Like Father’s Day & Juneteenth DayI Called to Place A Order for Chicken for A Father’s Day Get Together and Was Told That They Are ONLY Taking Walk-Ins But Was DENIED to Be Able to Place My Order on the Phone and Walk-In to Pick It Up.I’m Recommending the Re-Train of The Employee or Boycott of THIS Business.Who Took My Call at 8:18pm / 6-19-2022 and Spoke With Me for 4 Mins. to Put Me On Hold and Never Came Back to The Phone Line To Take My Order. This is the Type of Business We Don’t NEED or WANT In Our Community and If Steps Aren’t Taken to Correct Such Treatment Then Something MUST Be Done to See to It That It Doesn’t Happened Again to ANYONE Else.
Food was delicious as always, and wait was not nearly as long as usual, although great food is definitely worth waiting for!! Now we just need one up by Lansing so i don't have to drive so far to get it!
Need to update their menu because they don't even serve french fries anymore. The potatoes weren't fully cooked and just drenched in butter. The chicken in the sandwich was dry. Do not go to this place.
I always order the bbq chicken bite dinner and its pretty consistent in taste from this location, my only issue is that the portions has decrease drastically.
I wont be back...the chicken is tasteless your better off cooking it at home. The roll had moe flavor than the chicken and my side of corn had an unknown object in it. Only good thing was the bbq sauce
MY GOD if I give this place zero starts I would I was charge 20.75 for food that was raw when I came back to see if I can get it remade or a refund they wouldn’t do it so now I’m left with no food and horrible customer service!
Food quality still good but prices went up and the quantity and size has gotten smaller! Why are the wing dings more than the 4 piece chicken and yet the wing ding pieces are so darn small? I'm mad I paid 20 bucks almost and got some small wing dings! The pork chops are smaller end cuts now too!
