Chicken sandwich was piping hot and delicious. Not a huge fan of the waffle fries. But these at least were also fresh. When we were here a live professional musician played the piano. Lovely.
It was okay. I personally think Chick-fil-A is overrated but if you had to stop at Chick-fil-A in the airport and you liked it I think you'll find it acceptable. It took a little bit longer than normal but I had some time to kill.
Typical airport service. Ordered #1 with fries. No pickles. Order vanished 12 minutes later got food with pickles. Staff was very nice. Tasted great.
Systems were down so it took 20 minutes to order. Then had to wait for food. Ordered a basic chicken sandwich. While waiting other people who ordered after us were getting their food. Took an additional 15 minutes for our food
Worst chick fil a I've ever been to. Workers seem miserable and are rude. I asked if they had milkshakes and the response was "what you see is what we have". Nice. Then, they got our order completely wrong. Horrible experience.
This location is in the dtw airport delta terminal. The line was super long the day we were there. One of our items got forgotten from our order. We weren't the only people comong back to fix their order. The food tasted fine. This was more expensive but that seems normal for food in the airport.
Spent 3 years in Italy and to finally land back in the states, and be greeted by Chick Fil A... There isn't a better feeling... Nothing beats the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
So I am currently flying back out to my duty location in ROK. I stopped by Chic-fil-a #107 and I wanted nuggets but they were still serving breakfast and this is the last I would get this until I get back to the states later this year. Well Roxanne #1036 figured out I am in the service and she figured out a way to get me nuggets before the lunch time. She shared me an awesome story about her father being in the service back in WWII. She made my year for this act of kindness, she asked about the feedback on the receipt but the receipt is all messed up. I hope this helps, she really did bring my spirits up on my 17hr journey.
Chicken sandwich tasted great like any other Chick-fil-A, but the waffle fries tasted different. Also they don't accept the Chick-fil-A app at all, as they are in the airport. This is an inconvenience. They were friendly, however this was the slowest service at a Chick-fil-A ever.
