Usually this place is okay but it's not as good as other locations. The policy of them seeing your car before taking your order even though you're going to pay over the phone is so stupid. It makes me want to avoid this location and go to the others. They put me on hold 4 times saying there's 4 people ahead of me yet there's only one other car here. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to other locations. I hope they build more so this location has more competition to be better
DONT GO HERE THEY HAVE SUCH BAD ATTITUDES, MY DRINK WAS FLAT AND I ASKED CAN I HAVE A NEW DRINK THE GIRL SNATCHED IT OUT MY HAND THREW IT IN THE TRASH, TOLD ME I HAD TO GET BACK IN LINE BECAUSE THE LEMONADE WAS 30CENT MORE AND THERE WAS LIKE 10 PEOPLE IN LINE, THEN SHE GAVE ME THE SAME DRINK I TOLD HER WAS FLAT AND AFTER ALL OF THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG ?♀️ I always used to visit this chick fil a during my lunch break and im definitely not coming back after today
Had me sitting outside for 40 minutes because she misheard my car description(didn’t call to see where I was, nothing) then gave us cold food and watered down drinks. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. 0/10 would NOT recommend!
Super friendly service and great food. I got a sandwich and my wife got nuggets and both were high quality.
First time there, never ever again! Got my daughter chicken before I went home and myself a shake for the ride.The second I got home I threw up all over myself. Couldn't even make it to the bathroom. I knew it tasted weird but figured it was just a new place. No. It had a spoiled taste. Clean your damn machines!Daughter said chicken was good so ill give ya 2 stars for that.Do not get the shakes!
This store is located inside a hospital . To order you have order from outside via phone you are not allowed in hospital unless your a legit visitor. limited parking near main entrance doors. I ordered for someone else who was very satisfied with the food. You have to call to order yet call will tell you number is invalid it is you have to keep calling same phone number.
I normally grab a bite to eat here when I visit my doctor's at the Harper Profesional building. Today I had a surgery and couldn't go inside ? so my driver waited in the car with me and I ordered a pickup order. Service was fast, quick and tasty food. I waited about 7 minutes for my food which is great because there was two calls ahead of me for pickup. I highly recommend this location, as the volume in Michigan is always more demanding because of the limited locations.
I asked for 4 packets of Salad dressing and I would buy them the manager with dreads locks told me that I had to purchase something even though I had a salad from earlier I had to repurchase something just to get extra ranch then turn around and only give me 3 smh And caught a attitude
Place order it was so much laughing loud talking & horse play going on the girl asked for my credit card 6 x kept putting me on hold tell them she couldn’t hear they didn’t care they was laughing she replied it was not funny I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR BUT WASNT ONE THERE SO I LEFT THIS WAS RIDICULOUS WILL NEVER RETURN
I just came through for a spicy chicken meal with Colby jack cheese and a regular chicken with extra pickles and it was DELICIOUS! Shout out to Veronica that took my order and complimented my fit. ??
