They never answer the phone then I walked to go order they had the door locked at 340pm and they are very unprofessional
Well on June 21st 2022 I went there for lunch and I ordered my food and I asked for everything to be dropped fresh but when I got my food the shrimps was disgusting and the chicken was disgusting as well the shrimp should not be cooked and cornmeal the season of the shrimp was good and the chicken was dry dark and her it looked like it's been cooked and old grease or it has been dropped twice that's not good I did go to the one on nine Mile and Kelly it was awesome and the other one is on charmers and Hopper was delicious and fresh

When asking for a special request on your order please make sure the order is read back to you. To the order taker please make sure to write on the ticket the special instructions for the order it's a reason why the customer is asking for the request. No lemon pepper on any of the chicken and I asked for it on all the fried chicken except for 8 pieces the fries were done exactly right. I had to ask for the lemon pepper ?. Chicken was delicious and fries too.?
, a three-piece dark, and five piece chicken strip. The three-piece dart came with a really small leg and two thighs the size smaller than my palm. I have small hands so the fact that the thighs were half the size of my palm means that they were not even as long as my index finger. I told them that they were smaller than normal and that I would like extra thighs to cover the difference of what they should be. The chicken strips are not all that great today either. They are usually pretty good but today they got a really small batch. The jumbo shrimp probably look like the best thing and they weren't what I would normally get. Captain Jay's fumbled business today. If they keep this up I would not recommend them.
This place has really changed for the worst I ordered 2 piece codd w fries and Cole slaw I paid over $11 for. I had 2 fish nuggets and a kids meal size fries with a Sam's club size sample of slaw ? This meal was worth $5. The fish was had no taste and more fried skin than fish. The fries was placed on top of a slice of bread to make an illusion of having a full order of fries. I will never come back there again. The food was awful ?
The food is good enough to keep me coming back. They're fast enough to keep me patient and respectful enough to keep me smiling. Good place good people, good food.
Today I called and no one picked and then when I went there to place an order the lady turned around and looked at me and turned back around. This unacceptable. They need to do better
The food is always fresh, crispy, well seasoned the hush puppies are excellent, fries are spectacular the wait in line is long but it's worth the wait. Order ahead if you can.
Food Is Not Bad, And The Prices Are Pretty Good. Service Is Quite Terrible Sometimes, And You Have To Make Sure Your Order Is Correct Before Leaving.
