Food and service was horrible. We ordered on door dash and picked it up. They acted like they didn't have the order then items were missing when they gave it to us. Chicken wings were fried extra hard and looked old and very dark, catfish was super light and edges were hard, could barely taste the lemon pepper on any of the food, Sierra mist was flat. EVERYTHING was bad.
This establishment is terrible every time I come there or order something there it’s always wrong like literally! They do not care about the satisfaction of their customers and do not care If our orders are right I will never shop there again especially off of DoorDash because it’s the stores job to make sure everything is in the bag and they never do I’ve lost on money doordashing there and not being able to get a refund for my order.
Typical nasty, filthy hut Detroit food outlet staffed by either people who can't speak English or by people who seem to be trying to speak English and seem to be American but still manage to be virtually unintelligible.In Detroit, big surprise eh?

I waited a whole hour for my food just to hear them say that the fish was soaking in hot water to unthaw, so that I was waiting longer for it to cook, then to get home to hear my household saying the taste is nasty ewwwww, the whole ten was soggy, & you barely could taste that is was fish, so disappointed. My first & last time for everything.
Standing here right now when I called in for my food 40 min ago. I should not be looking at you cooking one meal at a time.
Every time I place an order to pick up and wait an EXTRA 15-20 minutes before picking it up, it STILL isn't ready (Grand River and 6 mile location). I think I'm done coming for a while.
The men cooked the fish excellent. The girl taking orders couldn't handle her job,I called and had a hard time giving her my order over the phone,drove over and still she gave my order to someone else and no lemon pepper. ? Someone tried hack my account for 95.00,Thank God I have fraud protection
If you want a good meal, I say go to Cap, Cap,Captain Jay's.
Food is Bomb, Service is Lit....only 2 employees working when i went and they kept up very well..Even when there was a few people being rude AF to them...These food service workers work there a$$ off for definitely not enough money...Only to be disrespected by inpatient, entitled people..Trust and believe they aren't paid enough money as it is, especially come to work and get yelled at and Disrespected.m
