They had to remake my order cuz they gave it out to someone else. When the line is long be prepared for the wait. Even when you call ahead to place an order, they will not start it until you get there and pay so you'll still have to wait. Other than that, the foods been good. I love my fries and ochre fried hard.
So my Grandmother can't eat food with breading on it. So I ask if they could fry a ten piece chicken strips cooked Necked, meaning no bread. I also ordered thirty piece wing dings. My order came up in less than six minutes. So I'm like oh they're on their game today.... NOT???? why the strips that I asked to not have breading on them, we're giving to me RAW??Raw chicken, the manager was so rude, she and one of her employees were cussing at the customer, because they messed up on the orders.
This location use to be my favorite location, however the food is not as good as it use to be. Not sure if they have new cooks that are learning or know how to cook. But the quality of the food has dropped. They need to hire better cooks or train their new cooks better. I might not come to this location for a while due to this. Maybe in the future when I decide to order again they would have gotten better cooks or have trained them better.
I enjoy their food. But the drive through line was to long I waited for 20 minutes before I got to the window and that was after I ordered my food.
We needed last minute chicken and they did not disappoint. 100 pieces of chicken and a large pan of fries cooked to perfection. Not to mention it was about 9pm. I liked the customer service and would recommend.
It was decent. i had a huge order and they were busy. seems like they overloaded the fryer, the oil temp dropped and so fish was greasy. Still only received like 10 packs of hot sauce and tatar sauce for $80of fish
The food is good, but I ordered through door dash, captains js gave them the wrong order, I feel like the restaurant should correct the order si ce they gave the driver the wrong order
Oooh so much grease so little time!!! Everything was dripping with oil. Okra & fish had so much grease, they were bitter tasting.
Terrible chicken. Use to be good when they first opened but now they have some of the worse chicken in the city
Terrible inedible food. Horrible customer service. Won’t help you.
