The food was not hot enough usually they will warm food up in a microwave to get it hotter after it's cooked who does that your food should be already hot and ready to eat I told my boyfriend don't ever take me back what they didn't know is they was serving a chef I give caper's a thumbs down plus I couldn't stay off the toilet sorry yaw I will never go back oh plus they had a bucket with water and a rag in it on the counter next to our table sad
I've been going to Capers for many years.The food is always good. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can have cocktails with your meal. Yesterday my sister had a Tbone steak and I had catfish , the fish was cooked crispy and tender inside. I tasted my sister's steak and it was also delicious. For great food and nice prices, on Detroit's eastside, your best bet is Capers .
Had a wonderful dinner & drinks with family. The best Margarita's!Food was delicious, I had the BBQ chicken. Half of a chicken fried to perfection, plus sweet sauce.Thank you for a yet another...memorable meal.And as ALWAYS 5⭐ service!!
It's places like this that reminds you how Detroit shines. This is a low-key, and rather chill spot on the Detroit Eastside, that makes some of the best tasting steaks in the entire city. Make sure to order a steak, and an appetizer of their fried shrimp, and do not leave this place without having one of their tasty cocktails. Amazing.. ?
One of the best steaks I've had in Michigan, by far. Staff was friendly, bartenders were great with conversations and very jenerios when pouring drinks. I will be back again to enjoy the great food and atmosphere.
