I tend to have service issues when I visit this location. On my last visit I was denied service although they were open for business. The denial was based on they were not taking any more orders. Luckily I was able to enjoy my favorite the Up Beet with Pineapple added. The polite young man took my order after the rude behavior of the young woman at the register.
Good selection of wraps and smoothies.I had the Turkey Dijon Club, and my smoothie was called Alive (Peach, Strawberry, Banana, Orange) Will definitely eat from here again.
Service fast friendly. The Dream bowl was a slight disappointment. The flavor was very good ,the portion was very underwhelming for the price point. 7 thin banana slices,4 thin strawberry slices,sprinkle of granola and coconut flakes ,a dollop of peanutbutter and approx. 2oz of Sorbet. $12. I have enjoyed similar bowls at other establishments the highest price point being $8. It just seems very over priced.
This place the majority of the time. Has good food. But when they do drop the ball, you get sick. This was my last strawberry lemonade which was a bit too much on the fermented side. The first time I was sick, fine. We make mistakes, but the fact that I took a break and then went back after months and got a similar experience has me wondering how many others are experiencing the same thing. Hopefully, this will help them step up the freshness of the food and beverages they are selling. Cheers.
Down the street from the Henry Ford Hospital there's a holistic culinary adventure called Beyond Juicery. The moment you walk in there's a feeling of belonging to environment that's good for you. Menus choices are wide from bowls , wraps and juice. The service is good. Highly recommend
I stopped into beyond to get a juice and a smoothie for my boyfriend, Jonzell took our order, i have been to many beyond locations and I must say the service provided by Jonzell tonight was beyond amazing. I hope the leadership in charge of this location takes time to prop out Jonzell for the service he provides, To him he may have just been doing his job and having small talk while working but to me it shows he cares about his work and values the customers. He listened to all of my request (I am picky) and acted as if it was nothing then held up awesome conversation while making our drinks (which were delicious btw). This location is always friendly and fun, but definitely wanted to take a moment to prop out Jonzell for his service today! Thank you!

I love this location and staff especially CHASE I really appreciate him taking the time to educate me on the different shakes and that would also help me lower my blood pressure and help me have energy. He took his time with me and that goes along way. Chase thanks ? again for your help I will definitely be coming back to you for my shakes and any other stuff I wanna try. Thanks again
