My smoothie had the consistency of juice.. when I ordered a smoothie.
Staff was very friendly and helpful in finding the right drink for me and my child. Place was clean and organized.
The smoothie wasn't blended enough and the fact I have to see this guy underwear is just nasty. Very unacceptable...

My co worker and I , well she brought me here and paid for our super drink. After I drunk that smoothie I felt like superman. OMG fantastic ?
The Acai Blueberry bowl was disgusting to taste. Didn't feel like it was fresh at all.
The wait is really long at this location and the poor staff is usually overwhelmed while THREE managers sit in the back. They usually surface after there's about 30 people waiting and 40 wrong orders. I have actually asked an employee if they had any managers in, and to my surprise the response was, "yes we have 3 mangers in today" This location needs improvement. New management needed.
Extremely slow service. Behind the counter there was 5 people and only 2 barely moving to complete the orders. I ordered a total energy plus smoothie without banana and sub pineapple, once I received the order it had banana still. Very disappointing for my first experience at beyond juicery
Beyond Juice is a top notch place for you to get a healthy choice breakfast or lunch. I literally go to Russell Street everyday to get a least a smoothie, it's the one near my job....and most of the employees have been fine. The parking situation is not great because it's in eastern market. However, this morning was great because there were 3 parking spots right in front. I took the spot furthest from the door, the first one immediately to my right. A red Camaro took the one closest to the door immediately to her left, next to the curb. Everything is great, 1 parking spot left for another customer. I walked in with my 11 year old daughter and we placed our order. Apparently the red Camaro belong to an employee and after she made our smoothies she decided the tell me how WEIRD it was that I pulled in the parking space in front of her because that was the one she wanted, I'm assuming she felt I cut her off, even though the person making the right turn always has the right away...... Long story short she had a very bad attitude and frankly in my entire time going to this Beyond she is the least friendly. I try to only give five star reviews but today I'll give 3. The whole thing was really WEIRD...
