The experience was wonderful! But there is a $15 cover charge per person which is added to your bill also a $10 parking fee . The food was good,but the greens had no flavor at all, pork chops were good but there was no season at all. The meal comes with 2 sides and the drinks (pops) were in a skinny glass which I felt it should have been free refills. Don't get me wrong but for this to be a Historic place in Michigan, it should have had top notch food, meaning flavor bursting through the roof!! Maybe they need to change Cooks or the way that they season food. ?
The absolute worst. I don’t know what Bakers is doing but the food I received yesterday was absolutely gross. The salmon patties were hard and flavorless. The macaroni and cheese was only macaroni with a piece of melted cheese on top. My daughters baked chicken was so dry and the cabbage was gross. I can’t say how dissatisfied and disappointed I was. I will not support them again. EVER!!
Five stars! The food was overall good, the staff was friendly and the musical entertainment was supreme! Nice chill place for after work or a date night! ! I will return!.On 6/17 I returned eager to get more food. Compared to my last visit the food was bland and just overall bad for the price. I paid 108 dollars for food that was ?! If I ever return it will be for Jazz only!
The place need an update.. they serve your drinks in plastic cups..food on chipped plates. The charge to get in is high then they add the gratitudity on every check even if it is only two people. For the prices they charge they must do better. Also if you come at the end of a set they still charge you full entrance fee. They sat people in folding chairs when I was there ( that party of folks left and I don't blame them.) I hope they do better..I will continue to support.

Music was decent. From 7pm to 10 pm. They took a hour break and you have to pay a cover charge (which is now added to your bill) on top of that. There's no issue with the cover charge but to come and listen to live music and not to actually listen to live music for a whole hour was disappointing. A tip jar is one thing but to be panhandling cds when its 2022 doesn't make sense.- gratuity was added to the bill. On top of the cover charge so when everything is added up ( food drinks cover charge your gratuity increases also.)-used to be one of my favorite spots but I'm noticing a shift.-Food is always good.- Drinks are always bad. If you plan to drink make sure you drink before going because you will be upset. Mark my words

Great place, nice staff and entertainment was the best. The food quality has fell off. Not as good as before but I would still recommend for a drink and jazz/blues any day.
We had 3 different waitresses, it took an hour to get our order taken...Food came out cold.. They taxed the cover charge.. Food was good.. the band was great..??♂️
