HORRIBLE!!! The whole staff including the Manager is RUDE and inconsiderate. They gave me the WRONG order, and told me I should have checked them before I left. My bag said CBC, but I got chicken egg rolls. How do you check egg rolls??? The young man was so nasty, cursing and very angry. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!
Prices should equal to quality of product/service receive. These egg rolls are nothing like when you all first open.
Customers beware, the employees on the 7 mile location are scamming for tips. I purchased 6 egg rolls (3 steak and 3 chicken) they cost $2.75 , but somehow my total came to $23.85. With 6 percent sales tax my total should of came up to $17.49. I questioned the cashier and she claimed it was taxes. I told her that was incorrect. Then she told me she’ll just give me my money back and began to curse at me. I told her to give me my money back and she threw the 85 cents through the slot opening. It was the heavy set black female. I don’t know if the other employees were involved, but something is right. Hopefully, the owners investigate this and handle this accordingly.
Excellent food and customer service. However the location was closed on my last visit. Why?
My corned beef eggroll was so small and fries were separate! I understand that the pandemic has caused inflation but the size of that eggroll was unacceptable in my opinion.
They food is always good and hot when I get my food from there and they not greasy or nasty like have too much egg roll wrappers on their and less meat like the other ones I been to.
That lobster egg roll is so disgusting.Yes I understand it's imitation but UGH YUCK just WHY would you create this.Our corned beef on rye was really soggy.The reg. Corned beef egg rolls and corned beef and ground beef were ok.Alot better than our last time.
Ordered a dinner combo. Paid $20. After complaining about how small the sides were we both added up everything (the manager and I ) and saw that ordering everything separate was cheaper than the combo. He almost didn’t want to help but gave me a cheesecake. The sandwich is basic and isn’t tasty. The pickles have this weird taste to them and looked brown. Stick with a coney or mr corned beef in my opinion
I used to go here all the time but the prices have gone up and the food is smaller then what it used to be I went here for a sandwich it was almost $30 for one corned beef sandwich which was supposed to be their biggest sandwich but turns out it was the size of a regular sandwich so I decline and I don't think I'll be going here anymore maybe for the egg rolls but never the sandwichs
