I just picked up an order from this store and the wings taste like something I could have went to the store and got prebreaded. And cook in the oven. The fries were not good either. And the ranch tasted sweet. The breading on the wings were just that bread on the inside .
I ordered 15 wings classic last night. First of all they never answer their phone. By mistake I ordered 20mins away from my house I wanted to cancel the order but nobody ever answered even DoorDash customer rep couldn’t reach them. I ordered for pick up for myself. Moving forward I decided I can drive 20mins and pick up my food. I drive there to get my food, and drive back home. When I get home 5 wings were classic and rest of them were boneless. Tasteless. I wasted my time, gas and money. They need to pay more attention to the orders.
Literally had a order of two wing platters, two fries, rolls, and corn. Friend picked it up, got home and I looked and Literally the only thing that was in there that I ordered was the 10 peice wing everything was gone. Called store and was told that it's impossible and that they aren't responsible when food leaves building. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!
This was my second time having Wing Stop. My first experience was at the location on E. Vernor in Detroit. The staff was friendly, my wait was less than 10 minutes, my food was hot, fresh & tasty. I was excited to go back! When I saw the Dearborn location right by an office I had just visited, I was really looking forward to having lunch from there. WORST DECISION EVER!!!The cashier was not friendly AT ALL. I asked for my cup so I could at least have a drink while I waited. The pop machine was disgusting! I used paper towel & hand sanitizer to clean the screen that looked like hundreds of people had touched previously (COVID hellloooo). Every single pop I tried tasted as if it was straight seltzer water. I finally asked for a bottled water instead of a fountain drink. The cashier rolled her eyes at me for advising her the pop machine clearly needed to be looked into! After waiting over 20 minutes for 3 tenders & fries, I get home & my tenders are UNDERCOOKED, fries are OVERCOOKED & entire order was cold & soggy!! Total waste of my time & money. I had to throw out the majority of the order. I will NEVER return. I hope this location goes out of business soon. Prayerfully I won’t get sick from eating undercooked chicken tenders. Do better!!
A whole bunch of workers lazy no mask sitting on desk talking over food saying mask won't stop covid and there not worries about getting in trouble because they are friends with the owners I've never been so ashamed of being black smh young kids smh cursing took 20mins to get a refund didn't even want the food owner needs to change employees. ASAP
Misha is working all alone and doing her damn thing the food was one of the best wingstops I’ve ever had this hard working lady needs a raise asap and a little bit of help to say the least non the less 2 thumbs up!!!
22.00 get home my chicken is undercooked my fries are old and cold! Call the store tell the young lady I’m not feeling well so I’m not coming back but wanted them to know about this unacceptable situation! She hangs up!! Really I call back and talk to some manager that sounds 13! If she was really the manager! They lucky I didn’t feel good! Terrible food, even worst service!
The worst place ever they staff has no manners the manager his self is so bad I went at 9:24 I tried calling ahead of time to place it but the guys wouldn’t ever speak and made me repeat the same order 6 times and then I wen to the store to order and the as we walked in we tried place our order in person and he started taking the phone and started taking their order non sense behavior
Worst customer service!!!!! Called to place a order she told me to do it online. Well I went to place a order online it wouldn't let me check out. When I called back and told the girl that answered It wouldn't let me check out she has the audacity to hang up on my face. If you lack customer service skills and don't like your job go stay at home. I will surely take my business to another location. Dont waste your time coming here. Lazy and doesn't want to do their work yet they want to get paid. Pathetic
The ranch from here is HEAT, and the chicken wings, garlic parmesan to be specific is heaven sent
