What’s the point of placing an online order and waiting for the ready time if the order isn’t started until I come into the store? Normally it’s busy and I could understand that, but there was literally an empty drive thru and one man in the store when I got here.

Not only do I eat here, I work here. Food is always good and fresh no matter what. Come by and grab a few burgers and fries. We won't disappoint you.
Everything was good they didn't give me my second onion chips and I'm from out of state.
Not the best place to eat. I've only just recently started eating here again. The service is great just takes a while. The burgers could probably do with a little less onions.
Wait in line for like 15 minutes. They take my order for a large vanilla shake and then when I get to the window and pay they tell me the machine isn’t working. Why didn’t you tell me before you took my order and ran my card. I could have saved time and gone somewhere else. No I don’t want a chocolate shake, no I don’t want a frozen coke.
The best service I've had in a long while. Server was extraordinarily nice. Went on Weds 4-20 through the drive thru. Good is always my fav

Gave the cashier $100.00 instead of $1.00. The cashier returned my $100.00 and I didn't notice I did. That's great customer service.
Orders have always been correct and usually white castle is the longest wait I have experienced in fast food but this location is the fastest white castle I've been to.. and they still get the order right while being fast!
