Excellent service by the Staff.. I appreciate it.. I don’t know why they have such low reviews
Had a spicy chicken sandwich that was a brick and a very sloppy burger. Pure trash. Don't understand how on earth you can knowingly give a customer garbage?? My stomach is still messed up to the point I'm hoping I don't have to go to the doctor.
Better option for dinner than lunch. Very slow drive thru at lunchtime.
Waste of time. Going through this drive thru will take you 45 minutes for food that is barely warm.
Lazy and rude. Can't even get bacon on my jBc when the B is for bacon or even ONE sauce for multiple orders of nuggets. Never again
I waited about 20 min in the drive thru because they were taking one order at a time, about 3-4 min in between, just to get to the speaker, wait another 3 min, and be told they didn't have fish. So I ordered a spicy chicken with cheese and wanted a coke. I was then informed they had no soda and could only get juice, lemonade or Hi-C. I let them know I would go somewhere else at that point. The response from the speaker was "OK". No apologies ever given at all. Super unprofessional and a terrible experience. I would never go to this location ever again.
Awful place. The customer service was terrible. Lady came yelling at the window, basically in our ears, to talk to a coworker across the lot. They ran out of fries but we're taking 10+ minutes to make more. We're never coming back. Stay away from here!
The dining room is still closed. They still took my order because the restaurant in the same building is open. Fries were cold and the burger was kinda warm.
Portion size for a $8 salad is awful and it wasn't exactly a "fresh" salad. The salad container was less than half full. Fries were cold as soon as they were given to us.
Worst ever. Ordered Grilled Chicken sandwich lettuce was horrible. Too ANGRY to go back. Tried to call no answer. HORRIBLE
