Best chicken shawarma we've had in a long time. Simple ingredients :chicken, garlic sauce and pickles. Yum!
I come here regularly. I can't think a better place to get a Shawarma from. Ive had the Shawarma on pita bread and flat bread. Both are phenomenal. Great pricing & very fulfilling. I dont know what else can I ask for besides getting a second Shawarma.The bad reviews I would ignore. Try it for yourself!
Absolutely amazing and fresh food every single day. I’ve been going here for over 20 years and not once did I ever get anything disgusting, it’s literally perfect every-time, unlike other Dearborn restaurants. Best sandwich/sub shop in Dearborn, hands down with no comparison. And I live about 30 mins away, but will make the drive every time because it’s worth it!

BEST place in Dearborn hands down wallah I ain’t lying to y’all. First ,it’s better than hamido and golden chicken. Second , it tastes fresh and the workers are the sweetest. Third , I grew up eating here very good place.
Every time I travel to Deerborn, I absolutely have to stop and eat here! It’s that awesome!My dear Lebanese friend, So, introduced me to this place and I’m so very grateful that he did.It is the proverbial “hole in the wall” small family type establishment run by very friendly people and literally everything on the menu is outstanding!I am Italian but I am always treated very kindly just like every Arabic customer when I go here. The hospitality of the father and son at the counter is always genuine and much appreciated. They make you feel welcome!My go to choices are 2 different sandwiches. I have to have them both every time because I adore them so.First, the Basturma. This is one of the best sandwiches in the world! The flavor is incredible and unlike any other. If you like spiced meat like salami, then you are going to go crazy for Basturma!Next, the Soujouk. Also one of the best sandwiches in the world. The Soujouk that they use here, is wonderfully delicious! Again, this is not a food that you can just find anywhere, especially down in Ohio where I live, so if you haven’t tried it, you need to! It’s THAT GOOD!(My mouth is watering just writing this!)Both of these sandwiches always go so excellent with the Arabic yoghurt drink from the small drink refrigerator next to the counter. I think this beverage totally compliments the food and is a much better choice than soda.I guess I can sum up my opinion of Tuhamas by saying, “THIS FOOD IS HEAVEN ON EARTH!”Also, The bread they use is also outstanding. IT’S REAL FOOD!If you haven’t eaten here, you are missing out on one of the great treasures of Deerborn!
A Dearborn staple, arguably the best shawarma you will find in the whole city. The chicken shawarma is amazing, always mouthwatering and flavorful. The chicken burger is also pretty great, honestly there isn’t a single thing on the menu I wouldn’t recommend. The business is ran and operated by older gentleman who you can tell are seasoned veterans in the handling and preparation of the foods that they offer. Place has a very “at home” vibe, as it isn’t too fancy or prettied up, almost a rustic vibe can be associated with it. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a taste of the Middle East’s finest
I got the shish tawook platter let me tell you tastes like the chicken was drenched in vinager it wasn't fully cooked either . The hummus has to much garlicky flavor . Never again!! I had to throw it away.
Check out the review in Detroit and found this gem place to eat. This placed is called Tuhama's sandwich. The owner are very kind, polite and not shy on camera too !! I was able to get a picture with him :) and his son. They recommend me to get meat shawarma and I give it a try. It was so delicious !!! Thanks again Tuhama's owner and his son to make sure my fun exploring food experience is an amazing one.
I got 4 meat shawarmas for me and my friends. And I felt stomach sick and later my friends had the same feeling couple hours after eating it. Idk how long the meat was there for not going back there for sure. Terrible!
