Everytime I get a drink it’s to watery and dripping. This place has changed a lot over the years. Even when I walk in and it’s empty the employees don’t bother to come up to me right away. Just stand there looking at me weird
This tropical smoothie on schaefer rd is the worst one ive ever been to, i usually go to the one on michigan but this one is closer to me now in the mornings, every time i order my drinks theyre made wrong and taste funny, the attitude these workers have are the worst, im one guy coming in by myself to pick up 3 drinks and half the time they dont even give a cup holder so how im i expected to carry 3 drinks by myself? The customer service and just by far everything is the worst here. Either train them better or get new workers. if i could rate this a 0 star i would.
Smoothie was fine, but its pretty frustrating when you stand there while you're smoothie is sitting on the blender done and all 5 people who came in after you leave with thier stuff before you.
If I could leave a zero star review I honestly would. In my experience and from what I have heard the phone is constantly off the hook so no carry out orders can be placed, anytime I come in I ALWAYS speak first in which I rarely get a response, and you can bet the store is always going to close 15 minutes before it is supposed to. The smoothies are hit or miss, either they are lumpy (not smooth at all) or the order is entirely wrong. No longer will I patronize or recommend this store to ANYONE. In my opinion these issues needs to be addressed ASAP to retain and build clientele.
A single bad experience doesn't necessarily warrant a 1-star review, but after comming here on and off for 4 years I can safely say this is the worst tropical smoothie I've been to.Sides literly fractions of the size of 4-5 other locations I've traveled to. Sandwiches near entirely bread.Cold cheese on quesadillas.Shredded cheese on sandwiches that require slices.Kale slaw almost entirely void of actualy slaw dressing.Smoothie blended with so much banana it was slimey.And today.. a smoothie blended with so much ice it was mostly water when drinking. By the time I got to the bottom I had an icey paste the consistency of a slushy.I typically grab and go, and chalk it up to variance, and just try again in a month or so. I don't even blame the staff at this point, it's been 4 years... Has to be management. With so many 1-start reviews I guarantee this stores rating is artificially boosted.
This location is the worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here several times and each time the food is made wrong in comparison to others I’ve been to. The smoothies are cool but the food is horrible. It’s managed by a bunch of teenagers that do not know how to make the food properly. There needs to be some higher level of training to teach them how to make the food, especially the wraps. Avoid wasting your time and money!!!
I prefer the one on Michigan ave. This place almost screwed up my order. Little unorganized and not as clean. This place can be better if managed right.
I DoorDash 2 Bahama mama smoothie’s which have no flavor I am not happy at all about this order it was very watery can you please make it optional on DoorDash for no H2O! I would also like my money back
They never answer the phone at this location. I ordered 3 smoothies through the app and only received 2. Can’t even get in touch with anyone to get my money back… and this is not the first time this has happened at this location, smh.
My love this place I use to but I can't eat movie anymore at this time but if we can go there all day everyday he would I did at one point
