I never write reviews but I'm giving the staff there 5 stars because I accidentally forgot to take my card back after paying in the drive through, and I came back the next day and they had kept it aside for me and I got it back
It was just a cup of coffee. But friendly people and good service. Its always the small things in life that matters the most ♥️
Well I hope the owner or the manager have an idea about what I’m talking about. When ever I go there ask for a coffee latte they telling me the espresso machine is down. Or we cleaning it. It doesn’t matter what time I go. They answer the same thing. Maybe I’m lucky once a week they making it and I can get my latte otherwise 24/7 they’re excuse is the machine down or cleaning it.
Don't know what's the problem with Tim Hortons and their app. It refuses to let me put my zip code in because it thinks I'm in Canada. Tried forever to find a tech support contact either by chat or phone. Finally got an email and they told me I may have to just dump all my points and start a new account! ??
Almost every order is wrong..how hard is it to get an order for coffee right. Breakfast sandwiches would b better if sausage wasn't burnt and hard
Stood in line at front well people looked at me for a good five mins before someone asked to take my orderGot a Carmel ice cap no whip should be 4.05 was charged 4.59 then I asked for espresso on the side and they put in inside.Bathrooms locked to guest!When I asked for my espresso I was greeted with what’s my problem smh rude !
I really feel like this location makes my coffee incorrectly on purpose. Every time I go I have to repeat myself many times just to get either the reverse of what I asked for or just something random. Another coffee not drinkable because of way too much sugar. Won’t be going back again. I only get a large coffee 3c 2s nothing complicated.
Long wait times. In drive Thru. dining is always closed whoever owns this business does not know how to run a store. Pay your workers better maybe you will be open inside. Workers are dumber than rocks. They always mess up order. Every time I get my coffee from here my stomach starts hurting me this place is very dirty
I wanna start off with the fact that I literally have tried every other tim hortons around the area and this location made me obssessed ? their coffee is always on point and really is the best start of the day. i had a little issue and I got super embarrassed to say anything or complain but immediately the manager fixed the issue and one of the employees I was told her name was zeinab, was super nice and they both made sure a customer (me) was satisfied with their coffee! please choose this tim hortons over any other ?
