Been there twice now. The first time my order was completely wrong but I understand we all have off days so I wasn't upset about it. Went again today and again my order was completely wrong, I even went when they weren't busy so it wouldn't be messed up and yet it was. It's just a breakfast sandwich it shouldn't be that hard to get right. Won't be coming again

Very inconsistent! I almost stop by every day to pick up my coffee from this location.It seems like lately they never get it right. I order the same thing every day, Large (1/2 cream, 1/2 sugar). Sometimes they put 2, 2, other times 3, 3 , etc!Very disappointed.

I ordered my items through the app went inside waited in line and told them I had a mobile order and then I stood there for 25 minutes as everyone else got their order and they never made mine. I had to get back in line and tell them my mobile order.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve patronized in a long time! I’m used to Timmy’s being busy. However, I’m also used to them getting customers in & out efficiently & expeditiously! I stood in a long line for 6 minutes without hearing or seeing ANYONE get their order! Finally ONE employee (I wish I knew her name, but she’s a Latino, short woman who has worked there a while now) took control & started yelling “we need to get these customers out of here!” She asked every guest that had already waited in line & paid what they ordered & she single handedly made all their coffee & distributed them. I don’t know what the other employees had been doing!?!? More competent staff is needed at this location ASAP!! In the meantime, I’ll visit another location for my coffee fix!
