First time here today and I tried the Wowffle...it was great and the staff was very polite/friendly! The missing star is for the atmosphere of the place because of their, seemingly primary, customer base (which the owners can't control). The other patrons (again, neighborhood locals I'd guess) had a very unfriendly gaze upon us when we entered- it was very uncomfortable. Frankly, I'm exhausted of going places and feeling unwelcome. Sucks because there were other treats I wanted to try.

Second time I came back here. First time ordered the waffle sandwich. It was to go so they’d wrapped it up for me. Did not unwrap until I got home. Started eating it and thought something wasn’t quite right. After a few bites I realized while looking at the waffle they did not toast it. It was a slightly thawed at room temperature waffle. They were already closed and I wasn’t about to drive back with a now melted ice cream sandwich. Over $5 for that thing too. Some of the young kids working back there don’t seem all there. Figured I’d try it again just getting custard by itself. Went back a second time recently and got a medium custard in a dish to go. They put it in a bag for me since I wasn’t eating it there so I didn’t look at it until I got home. Got home and once again not pleased. Over $5 for a portion that is not equal to a medium sized portion. I’ve seen photographs of their sundaes in the cup and the ice cream is not supposed to stop at the edge of the dish smh?If I’m paying over $5 for ice cream, nothing fancy added I expect it to be the proper amount.
The line was really long. It took twenty minutes to place our order and another 15 to receive it. They have a great selection of treats.I ordered a waffle ice cream sandwich. It was freshly made. The waffle was flavorful and cooked just right. It was bigger than I thought with three scoops of ice cream but I managed to eat the whole thing even though it was a struggle. It was too good to throw any away!
I had a group of 21 scouts and leaders, just left the Henry Ford, looking for a treet. These guys did a great job answering questions and delivered a delicious product. I loved the fact they had non-dairy options too. The scouts gave it a 10 for yummy flavors.
They gave out free custard, probably for advertising. It worked. The custard tasted amazing and I officially like it more than ice cream. Of course I'll be returning as well, the service was pretty good.
Great neighborhood ice cream shop. Open late. 10pm. Always busy, but service fast. Staff super friendly. They have soft serve and scoops.
Lots of awesome ice cream and custard choices, as well as a few flavored cones. We brought a party of 9 and were still served quickly.
The two ladies working were absolutely sweet and working their butts off. First time here and definitely will be back ❤
