Horrible customer service, they talk to each other while ur trying to order and keep asking u to repeat urself because they aren't listening in the first place, no line and I waited at the order station in the drive thru for minimum of 3 minutes before someone took my order, people need to understand customer service makes or breaks a business
The taco bell lunch I ordered was fresh and hot. That is the way fast food should be. I enjoyed the crunch I got biting into my loco taco. Yum
Outstandingly accurate service. Although they were out of half the menu, which is understandable at times. However the vast amount of items out of stock should never exceed 1-2 items max. Ever. Other than that nice work. Try to be more accurate on the inventory order.
Drive thru was slow and the food was barely warm. However, it was fresh. Not warm enough but also didn't taste old. The team member working the window was friendly.
I was told that there would be ground beef on my Nachos Bell Grande but there was only the mashed beans. I would have paid extra, if it was necessary to get what I wanted. The food was still good though.
The food was horrible and when I bought it to the manager attention she could care less, I told her I would not come here again and again she acted as she could care less. I will not go to that location again, management is horrible and service.
This is the best taco place that I Can Dream up in this area everything is fresh and on time
Terrible service. They forgot part of my order in the drive through, so I parked and walked up only to find the lobby was closed. The cashier looked up, saw me and yelled, “Lobby’s closed! Go back around through the drive through!” I WALKED back through the drive through since there were already several people in line, and called the number on the receipt. The same kid answered the phone and I asked if someone could please just bring me the missing food and he yelled into the phone “you can get in your car and go back around!!” I promptly hung up and left a message with corporate. Probably won’t hear back but worth a try. Please, save yourself the trouble and find the next closest tbell.
Terrible Service come to find out it was the manager taking my order. Sad. It sounds like he hates his life thanks for taking it out on your customers. Food was wrong and terrible just like the service.
Worst taco bell i have ever been to. No ice in my drink, wasnt cold at all. My food was cold and sloppy... all of it. Horrible experience. Closest taco bell to me but i am way better off driving to another location. Never again
