We ordered soft tacos at the drive-thru window and they gave us crunchy ones, and tons of sauce what a waste! Maybe if that guy on the drive-thru window( I believe his name on the receipt was Keshawn) wasn't busy selling drugs on the window for the people they were ahead he would have gotten our order right! I saw those guys handing him money and driving away with no food so.... whatever all I cared about was my order that was wrong! It was the first and would be the last time I go there!
I have never been able to get service here. On the last two occasions the dining room was closed which meant I had to go thru drive-thru.The 1st time thecdining room wss closed and unbeknownst to everyone in the drive-thru line, drive-thru was also closed. While in drive-thru I noticed a couple of Workers who had been sitting in a car, enter the restaurant and lock the door. I'm thinking the drive-thru would open up but did not. Eventually the car up front figured there was no service and drove off which allowed the line to move. It would have been great customer service to have posted a notice on the speaker in drive-thru & on the restaurant door, that the restaurant was closed - and/or for a Worker to come out and inform us the restaurant was closed. Nothing was posted anywhere.2nd time I got to the speaker in drive-thru only to hear "door-dash only." "So your drive-thru is closed?" I asked. The response was, "door-dash only." Didn't totally know that meant.On other occasions the dining room was closed & the drive-thru line was long and slow, so I just went elsewhere.
Human error is to be expected. Our order was incorrect but was corrected without issue. If it wasn't for that mistake I would've given 4 stars but you all made us late for our movie.
Made me wait in line 20min and took the 4 orders ahead then told me they was only doing door dash!!!! Unacceptable
Both girls I dealt with were excellent in my opinion. I door dash so I go to alot of restaurants and I know when the workers enjoy there job or hate it and they enjoy there job which makes for an excellent experience for the customers
this has to he the most ghetto taco bell there is. i tried to go in the drive thru anf they told me i couldnt and to go down so as i was going down the cashier locks the door you guys have the worst service anf arw ghetto.
Absolutely will never go back again. Was told after waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes that they would not serve me because I was on a motorcycle, then once I came in they told me I have to use the kiosk, I will not use one when it looks like it hasint been cleaned in a week or more. The Manger was extremely rude and refused to give her name and walked away and the guy who had pink eye told me he would live to spit in my food because I said I wanted there names and was gonna call corporate. Absolutely disgusting......
I had not been to this Raco Bell in years. My nachos were so good I almost ate the plate too.
This is the slowest fast food joint except McDonald's next door. They must hire people that take medication. It's just crazy at these two places. Good luck on your order.
The employees were respectful food was being handled on time beautiful attitude from beautiful women order did not take all day to get to me
