*UPDATE* 3/29/22 My money was returned to me. Im still disappointed that people who work for private owned subways make the store look bad. I did speak with the manager William who was so polite and apologetic. I WILL order from here again but hopefully not during the shift of the person who was rude and disrespectful to my amazing husband who works 60+ hrs a week to support his family. (RANT OVER)ZERO STARS FOR NOW I placed an online order and the staff told my husband that they did not receive our order. Not only that they refused to make our food or give us a number to speak to a manager and they also refused to give us there names. So now I have to call in the morning and start my day off with stress. I never thought Subway would make me so angry!!! ? ? ? ???

Pulled in and a man was being helped and another was in line. As it’s still a pandemic I stood to the side and waited my turn. A third person walked in. When the first gentleman was done being helped and second was up I was completely ignored after already waiting almost 5 minutes. Didn’t get asked if I needed help. They both saw me come in and neither said a thing so I walked out. Rudeness and time in a leg like this will quickly land you in hot water. Save yourself frustration and go elsewhere.
I am not a subway lover but in using my gift card, William made the experience worth coming back to use the rest of my 3.92 remaining balance. Efficient and kind well done sir

I’d recommend avoiding this place. Workers always seem to have an attitude. More importantly this is the third time I’ve ordered a toasted sub that isnt even remotely hot. Guess the machine is broken and the owner refused to fix it. Terrible, but not unlike most places around here.
