Hi! This was my first time at this specific Starbucks and I have to say what great service, specifically by this one girl on bar her name was Noor she was an amazing employee and her service was great. I will be visiting again for sure!
Chia tea made with almond milk was great! Fast and friendly service.
If ZERO stars could be given that would be what I would give this Starbucks. My family and I walked in with no greeting and there were no customers in line. My niece had never been to Starbucks so, this experience has tarnished her view. We stood there for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged. My sister then asked if we could be serviced no one responded. After another minute my niece asked if someone was going to serve us. There was 5 employees behind the counter at least 3 looked up but no one acknowledged us. They just continued to do what they were doing. No one said hello, be right with you, nothing! Just rude, we felt discrimination may have been a factor. I will never return to this location again.
They have banners in the window say Ramada Mubarak. Hey all I have heard about this religious holiday sounds good. Give to poor and children....I asked when they were going to put a banner up saying have a Blessed Easter and they just stare at me. So far no banner. WOKE is WOKE You do for one and you do for all or you do not do for any of the religions. What is it going to be Starbucks??
The staff is extremely nice & welcoming along with quick service! My drinks are always well made :) Shout out to Lara for going above & beyond! <3
Gave them 20 minutes to pour my cold brew before I asked for a refund and noped out. Maybe consider ordering ahead. I’ll change my review if I manage to get my order next time
Horrible. This franchise NEVER has anything, no matter what time you arrive. Wraps? Nope. Hot chocolate? Nope. Medicine ball? Nope.You are better off going to Biggby, or Tim Horton's, they actually have items available.
We’re regulars at the Starbucks Michigan Ave in Dearborn due to the incredible customer experience Zander provides us. Upon arrival, Zander quickly greets us with a hello, and confirms our regular drinks. When our brew is not available, Zander quickly offers to make us a pour over which is not offered by any other locations if your brew is not available. Starbucks is a great experience in general but you don’t always get the same level of passion from workers at different locations, as you do from Zander! When you’re in the area look out for this guy as he’s a top notch person who goes out of his way to deliver that perfect, hot coffee you deserve. He never misses and we always walk out with a perfect cup of coffee! Check that picture out!!
This store was very busy at the time I went. Staff was very efficient and my specialty drink arrived timely and perfectly made. I visit this location frequently when in the Dearborn area.
It's Starbucks....the new adult dope...the drinks are good and addictive
