Sticking to biggbys I don't feel the coffee here is that good it doesn't have a strong bold coffee flavor it's usually taste them pretty weak and not bold and it's extra priced for something that doesn't really taste that good
black girl on the drive thru always has an attitude and the managers don’t care. By the time i get to the window my drinks already melted. you’re better off going to the other starbucks in west dearborn.
I needed some help figuring out what to get because I have to do decaf and in no way frequent coffee shops. I did not get much help and felt I had to just quickly order something. I did and it was OK but not really what I was looking for.
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to second time I did a mobile order for in-store pickup and the store is closed. And then when you get to the store they won't let you in and you've already paid for your drink like 20 minutes prior!!! Don't ever come to the Starbucks cuz I will never come to the Starbucks again.
Very slow!! You have to give yourself at least 30 to 45 mins to get your drink. They need to do something about it. I always wait at least 30 mins and up there. I stopped going for this reason.
I am not sure why they take that long. I count it 1 hr and 30min just in a line drive through. So, slow. All the other starbucks are fast and not taking 10 minutes.I hope they fix that.Thank u,
Never again will I be stepping a foot into this Starbucks again!!!! If I could rate it a zero star I would, I’ve never came across such rude and disrespectful employee's like the ones here. The staff always gives me a hard time and can never get my orders right on the first try. Also all the workers there for some reason have a nasty attitude almost as they’re being forced to work there.
The worst and slowest starbucks ever. Forever understaffed. Most of the time the cafe is locked and the drive thru will seriously take 25 mins easy. And when your drink is finally available…one that you can’t order mobile ever. Always sold out online but drive thru u can. Get it. The last time I come here despite this one being the closest one.
Worst Starbucks you can goto, my order is wrong almost every time, have to wait at least 45 minutes in the drive thru, they never open the inside. This please either needs a new manager or needs to close
if i could put a zero star i would. They’re always closed and never update google when they are closed. The other starbucks is way better and a lot friendlier.
