Ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken got 3 pieces of chicken the rest were crumbs the shake was watery more like milk and when they handed it to me the lid wasn't on so I wore half of it??♀️
I went there with my grandchildren and ordered three meals . with milkshakes. The lady taking the order was rude. I had continue to ask her to give me a min. when taking order rude I got it. Now getting to the window total is 27. dollars and some change . Guess what ! Third meal not there , the young lady now is talking nasty I didnt take ur order. I had to pull out the line go back through and order another meal. Sad!
Workers were very rude . Tried ordering something new that was on the app and the lady didn't even know they had the item, she kept disagreeing with me saying they didn't make the item then another girl got on the speaker saying they did have it. Then tried to get 2 pup cups at the window because I forgot to order them at the speaker and they refused, saying I have to drive around and wait in the long line in the drive thru to order again from the speaker. the girl at the window said it's sonics policy to not let people add on to there order at the window. Called sonic corp and they said there is no such policy. Will never go back here again.
I order online and things are regularly missing. A sandwich here or there, my orders are usually bigger, but the bags are sealed. When I called yesterday they said it must be the driver, but it's happening on multiple occasions. I told the manger on duty I am requesting a refund from uber, but it's not ok that the location regularly does this. This time I am missing the sauces the app says are included with my items and a milkshake. The manager on duty told me then told me it must be when they manually ring in the orders, but changed it to I would have to pay for any "extra" sauces even though they were on my sonic physical receipt and included with my food items. Soooo did the driver not give it to me or did you not include it because you want me to pay for something that the item says is included?
I visited here yesterday with some friends in the car. We went through the drive through and our interactions with the employees of Sonic were genuine & kind. The food we received was hot and fresh and the order was made correctly the first time. There were 3 cars ahead of us in the drive through and we did not wait very long at all.
Great service and great food. The cashier mentioned they were short staffed and asked for patience. We couldn't tell they were short staffed because the food came out quickly, our order was correct and the food was delicious. I'll definitely visit this location again.
Staff is absolutely rude to doordash drivers, I ordered food for myself thinking I'd save some time, pulled up at the window and was harshly told that I had to go inside. when I got my food they were rude to me.their food is mediocre but I guess that can be expected.
Ordering online was a breeze. The only issue I had was receiving the food. We followed directions and checked in. After about 20 minutes, we walked in to check on the status of the food. They weren't even aware that we had an order in, that we checked in, or what stall we were at. I understand if it's a computer issue. That's fine. But the attitude we received was not called for. The situation could have just been explained, and we could have went back out to the car, no problem. And the fact that we got attitude from more than one employee was just crazy to me. Once we finally got the food, the fries were cold and stale. Maybe the drive through experience was better, but I don't recommend anyone to order ahead for pick up
Don’t go to this restaurant. They sold a raw chicken patty in the chicken sandwich like did they not see that it was raw before packing in the order? Getting food poisoning and having to go to the ER from that yesterday isn’t acceptable. Absolutely disgusting. ? Always check your food before you take a bite.
Ordered the chicken tenders my kid love them far as an adult u will be hungry , very small not worth it
