Well I was in the area and remembered Roman Village and decided to stop by and pick up a pizza ? to take home ?? for dinner ?️. It was a good experience since I had not been to the Village for some time. My pizza ? was good with most of my favorite toppings on it. They had me out in less than 20 minutes, which was great when you consider that I did not order ahead so my order would have been ready for me. They have a wonderful ambiance here in a classic Italian restaurant. There is the "Pasta Factory", which is a small room immediately to the left of the door after you go into the restaurant's entrance. Here you can watch FRESH Pasta being made, which may be used in your very own order. There is a small service bar to the immediate right of the entrance, which also has booth seating and a big screen TV. The walls are adorned with many Historical photos for those who wish to reminisce. The rest of the restaurant has more formal seating and is quite large with plenty of room for the whole family. They have banquet capabilities if needed. Plenty of parking available. Handicap accessible and masks are optional at this time.Rick Zorn
Roman village and Antonio's for that matter, genuinely are the two best "Italian" restaurants in the metropolitan area. The staff are amazing. the owners are very personable and when dining in you're likely to meet one when they greetyou after your meal to inquire how your experience was. It speaks volumes that they care so much to go out of their way in order to make your experience with their restaurant and their family a positive one. I can guarantee that you'll have nothing negative on your mind what's a delicious food great service and peaceful atmosphere they provide. It's an all around positive experience.
Great Italian joint, especially for the money? I've held countless business lunches here and have never left unsatisfied.
What's there to say? I can't believe that for years I missed out on this great restaurant. Worked right around the corner, heard people bragging about the food but never tried it till a couple of years ago. This is one of the best Italian restaurants in the metro area. The godfather calzone is not only huge but so delicious. Love, love, love RV.
My husband and I were invited to your restaurant today to celebrate one's life after a funeral. Our room was set up very nice. We were served the most wonderful meal. From soup to pasta and meatballs, roasted potatoes, green beans, chicken Parm, salad and cannoli. Our waitress and waiter were outstanding for such a crowd. The food was hot, came out in courses and not one was not worthy of anything but delicious. We will return.
If you've never dined in here, you MUST try it! It's one of the best Italian restaurants in the area! The food is always delicious. I recommend the baked manicotti.
The lasagna is a classic, the gnocchi is like a wonderful little pillow of love. Great atmosphere, service is too notch
This a neighborhood favorite. The longevity of this place speaks for it self. I came here ad a kid and now I bring my children here. The food is excellent, never had something I didn't like. The menu is robust , as well as the drinks. The service here is awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. You even can buy fresh made pasta by the pound here. Good for just dinner or a nice date, anyone would not be sorry. I give this place 5 stars because it deserves it. Enjoy!
Let me preface this by saying I was married to a chef for almost 10 years, so I can be very picky about restaurants. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Came in as part of a good sized group and even with another large party in the back with us, service was spot on. Our servers were friendly, attentive and seperated bills like it was easy as breathing.I could have filled up on the bread alone. Nice and warm, just the right balance of spices.I heard rave reviews about the ranch made from scratch so I took a tiny bit just to taste, I could eat that all day.For dinner I had stuffed shrimp and a small Greek salad. Salad alone was enough to have leftovers, and I could tell the dressing was made in house, amazing flavor without overpowering the salad itself. No wimpy wilted lettuce here, and lots of feta which I love.Stuffed shrimp was SO good. Most restaurants will overcook shrimp, not the case here! Crab filling was a good amount for the size, they don't skimp on the good stuffand it wasn't bland or just bread crumbs.Very glad we were introduced to this hidden gem, we'll definitely be back! Thinking I need to try their pasta next!
Is it good, yes. Is it pricey also yes. Does it worth it ? maybe. Food does taste homemade and not heavy. You know some so call Italian restaurants use cheap ingredients and food end up being so heavy you can't finish .Surprise there is a good/real Italian restaurant in the middle of Yemeni village
