The service was awful,no greeting when the phone call was answered. Then they made it seem like I was bothering them. Placed order, they disconnected the phone call, never asked if I was picking up or wanted delivery. Very rude,and to make it worse the pizzas I ordered were dropped or tipped sideways. If Little Ceasar Pizza $5 hot and ready is better, then they should close doors.
I wish I could put more than five stars!!! pizza kitchen is the best. The customer service by Yaser is always above and beyond. I’ve been catering pizza from them for almost five months, amazing food quality, delivery on time, never ever had issues with them. They appreciate the business. Yaser is always very helpful, very professional, and a very nice guy.Highly recommended!!!!!!

The big guy that's always there with the long hair I don't know he just looks like a sketchy dude lol I don't know if he's the owner or manager but he has a Temper sometimes especially when he's busy also Everytime I order from this place I always have to tell them to make sure they cook the pizza well done because I had pizza from there numerous times that was under cooked.I still order from there but almost every time they over charge and a lot of times they charge me different prices. Regardless it's not a bad place but people need to stop saying it's the best pizza in town there probably realatives lol or they haven't tired much pizza places in Dearborn.
I've been ordering from this place since they opened. Even at their last pizza place. By far the best pizza in town. Ribs. Chicken. Lasagna. Bread sticks. Fish. They have it all and it's amazing. I've eaten everything the sell over the last 20 years. If you want good pizza and happy food order from here.The bad reviews on here must be from their competitors.
Tonight I just ordered 2 large pizzas and 16 chicken wings, we paid 45 dollars and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for ice cold GARBAGE, all the food was cold and disgusting and they didn’t give us any sauce for the wings and when I called back to complain, they told that when I ordered they said to me that “we told you we didn’t have any delivery drivers, and to just pick it up over here” They didn’t say S**T about that. I’ve been a costumer here for 15 years after tonight’s experience NEVER COMING BACK!
This place is awesome, they all ways make our pizzas right every time. And the delivery is fast, love this place!
