Very disappointed. This place used to be great . I ordered a sub made it jumbo double meat. It came with maybe 6 slices of meat. Aswell as put sauce on the sandwich when asked for on the side. Forgot the ranch we ordered. When we called to make it right we were told that it is a jumbo. Like I haven't been eating here for 15 years. Sadly last time I will be eating here. Goodluck
Man this pizza is the bomb! So good, fresh ingredients, the cheese wasn't heavy, the sauce was perfect. The pizza was delicious. The toppings were fresh too.
The food took a long time to deliver, they said it will take an hour but they delivered it in an hour and half. Chicken calazone and 10 peice wings are $34 also the delivery guy did not have change and took a $6 tip. As you can see in this picture the food is very nasty and greasy food is not appetizing. I do not recommend at all.
Thanks to Barstool Sports' Dave Portnoy, I've been on a simple New York style cheese pizza kick for a while. Pisano's cheese pizza was delicious and had plenty of cheese on it. Although, I would have preferred a little bit more sauce on my pizza . Best fried mushrooms anywhere! It's like they buy a package fresh from the produce section and dip them in batter before frying. Good stuff.
This is my pizza when I opened it up today. Worked on the assembly line at Ford right down the street all day. Called to get a pizza on my way home. When I picked it up, kid said he could warm it up for me, tired, I stated that I'd just take it. Get to my car, open it up, there's a piece or two missing!! Called back up there, worker says that the owner barely works and offers me a free personal pizza, whatever that is, to make up for the fact that MY PIZZA WAS ATE OFF OF! Don't eat here folks! They do you REAL dirty!!! And, I tipped them a few dollars because I used to manage a few pizza places and know how hard they usually work. You're screwing you own business bro.
The food was pretty good, nothing crazy special. They would have for sure gotten 4 stars but I was told 25 minutes for pick up then when I get there they were just starting to make the bread and the pizza was done... Just think it could be a little more organized
Placed order for 1 Lg pepperoni pizza at 10:18pm. Driver was sent to the wrong place. When we finally got the pizza that we paid 22.00 for with tip it was ice cold and nasty at 11:35 pm. We are literally 3 miles from the pizzeria. When we tried to call after 11pm to see if they were coming or not they blocked my calls. Real professional. Worst pizza I have ever ordered.This was ordered from the Dearborn Ford Plant gate 10 ,driver was sent to gate 4?????
If they haven't realized that their business is hurting bcuz of phone etiquette and service, and quality, they'll soon figure it out. I inquired a couple of months ago if they changed owners, and they lady said NO. Pizza is cold, drivers are rude, and delivery is taking an hour or more. Lost another customer.....the owner might want to read reviews, or he'll be shutting doors very soon.
I’ll start here… I frequent(ed) this place a lot over the past 3 years and really like their actual food. Well, Over the past few months it just seems as though service quality has been getting lower and lower. Order times are beginning to become longer no matter the time of day. Phone communication and professionalism has died. After giving my body a break from the grease and cheese we finally go back to ordering again and now Out of the past 5 times we’ve ordered, there has been hair in my food twice. As you know how the saying goes “fool me once…” When I called the restaurant and told them I had 6 inches of hair in my food, they offered to remake the food and redeliver. After waiting a hour and a half, I called back and the manager tells me there is nothing they can do about it because I ordered via DoorDash and had to take it up with them. They just completely chose not to deal with it when they found a way out.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizzeria. They didn’t want to deliver my food so they said they don’t deliver past a certain street, yet they’ve delivered to me 3 times in the last month. I can hear the driver through the phone being very rude. I will never order from here again and I hope you don’t either. Pitiful.
