This has got to be the slowest place in Dearborn! If you A Dasher for this restaurant I’m sure you cancel a lot because everytime I go here the order will say pick up by 1:00pm you get there and the man says while looking at the screen “I just Received it so give me a few minutes” sir I know what you are doing you literally don’t start on the food until someone arrives and time is money and I dont Have it so I’m not waiting when I accepted the order for it to be ready by a certain time and you don’t start is until I arrive! I can See if it was started on before I arrived And it’s still cooking then yeah I dont Mind waiting maybe a extra 5 minutes but to wait a whole 10/15 minutes smh Just don’t service Door Dash all together!
The food is really amazing ? I had the chicken sub and it was very yummy. Its a nice place to have a great snack
I would have never thought a place like this can be so incompetent when making a simple correction on cheese steak sub by using ground beef. Tell me… When was ground beef was ever used to make cheese STEAK??? First time I ordered a cheese steak sub with NO TOMATOES and NO PICKLES for my son. Then, I called Mocha Cafe and they apologized for the mistake and they said they will correct the issue. Now I am really disappointed! One thing this place didn’t realize that I am a food connoisseur!
Ordered 4 subs and we only ate half of it because it wasn’t good at all. There macho sauce is too sweet and they drenched my whole chicken sub with it. And the mango smoothie doesn’t even have actually mangos in it. They use powdered mango and it tasted like water no flavor at all. Not ordering from there again!
I'd call them they but me in hold for 45 mint .Till i get there they don't have anything when I told them I'm in hold they said no your not till I showed them the phone. very bad ? service and stuff need super not good place to do orders

Omgggg it’s place is a must try! We were in Michigan for business and was looking for something new to try and stumbled upon Mocha Bistro, let me just say my tummy is very happy ?. The tropical lemonade is delicious, the sub is filling and the sauce with the fries are to die for ?. I’m so glad we stopped by. The gentleman in the we encountered with was very welcoming. We will see you on the next visit!
Food was great late night most things were closed we called and spoke with the nicest guy. So Freindly, helpful and encouraged us to place an order on the phone since they were a litte busy. We walked in 10 minutes later and we’re greeted just as friendly, sat down and within seconds the food arrived. Definitely try this place GREAT FOOD EVEN BETTER SERVICE ! Thank you again !
Food was fantastic. Staff was super helpful and explained all of their desserts. Would definitely suggest the chicken Shwarma roll.
