Hadn't ate all day was on my way to the gym so I'm like let me grab a hot n ready starving Hadn't had 1 n a while there wasn't many pizzas n the warmer so not many customers then i get to the to eat the pizza was so hard it would not come apart nothing I ever experienced before just terrible.
Don't listen said 3 PIZZAS she rung up 2 anyway. A hour wait for hot n ready that should be done already! An 2.50$ for butter parmesan is insane
They waited until I got to the store to tell me they had to cancel my online order because they didn't have the dough for my pepperoni cheese breads. The app told me my food was ready for pick up. This was very unprofessional & gas cost to much. They didn't even try to offer me something else. She just refunded it.
Decent service pizza taste different than in the past. Maybe they switched up crust this one seems very soft.
Waited a hour for my food only for them to give to you me cold. Staff member in the back started arguing with a customer when asked a simple question.
Worst little Caesars in the whole michigan.worst customer service ever rude. Don't wear mask or gloves..but customer service picked up and hung up on after told me to hold on.
This have to be the 2nd weekend in a row that I have came to this Little Caesars and they told me the system was down. However my fiance was standing in the restaurant waiting for the order that we placed prior to the " System Issues". He over heard one employee say "tell everyone else the system is down". I seen like 8 people get turned away. If your not making quota, it's because of this reason.
It's really hard to rate business nowadays, why because many have little to no staff ? to work with, / the food seem to be cooked well, just took forever ? to get! the food I ordered only one batman pizza...n because of little staffing their attitude reflected that...really sorry for the staffing ? hopefully Mgr.s hear this and act in a timely manner ?
Waited about 10 minutes for my turn to order before I get anywhere near the counter I'm told please tell me you already ordered I said no I would like to make one. She told me the system just went down. Or maybe it was the customers before me ordered around 5 pizza's and other items now I get denied one pizza cause you already counted your drawer way to early cause your telling customers pay with exact change or credit,, cut the outside lights off so it looks like your closed and all this more than half an hour before you close. I can't wait for automation to take your job cause machine get the job done and don't rally in Lansing demanding six figure pay for a 6 brain cell job.Avoid this place and go somewhere that wants your money.But if you do go here dress warm cause the lobby is just as cold outside even though heating and cooling cost are factored in the products you buy from them.
Love this place the hot and ready is actually hot most of the employees have great customer service skills. Depending on the time
