I ordered the food off of Uber eats and i must say. It was good. A little crispy however taste was on point, portion was really good. And it was hot. I would Def eat here again. Im visiting from out of town and would Def recommend to newcomers.
This place as a nice adventure, if you like hot dogs, Coney Island style. I just took a road trip started out from Pasadena to Chicago, now Detriot. I have been looking for excitement in food, fast or traditional. After a bite of the Coney Island dog, that traveling this far have brought excitement on taking a bite of there hot dog,. Thank you for thinking about hot dogs, lover's like my self.
This place is disgusting! I walked in and waited 30 minutes for my table to be wiped. The man didn't even wipe the seats. I had to do that on my own. After being seated I ordered an omelet and hash browns and after waiting soo long for my food to arrive the omelet had a long black piece of hair. The waitress rushed another order and after that second order arrive there was a black hair inside the hash browns. At this point I did not want to eat. After speaking to manager, she took off that meal off my bill. No apology no nothing. Customer service is horrible here. The staff in the kitchen kept arguing soo loud that everyone in the dining room was looking around at each other. Very unprofessional! Filthy!
Here it is Ramadan. Midnight I ordered 3 pancakes to go that I will eat at 3am sahoor. Asked for large pancakes. I am mad because paid $7.43 and gave tip $2.57. Got up to eat pancakes only to find 3 hand size cakes that I assure was not fit for a hungry man. I ate donuts and ice cream to satisfy my hunger. I ate here before and pancakes was good size. Keep the change won’t see me anymore!
This place has a “halal” sign but they do not even respect it. I ordered a club sandwich off doordash and did not see a halal turkey bacon option so i decided to call and let them know to please put halal turkey bacon. The lady was being unreasonable and automatically said no we cant change the order due to price difference and i let her know i could not eat pork and it would have to be thrown away, i told her i will pay the difference on the phone and she was just making excuses and Sounded like they were just too lazy to do it. She then proceeded to tell me to stay on hold as my door-dasher picks up the order and after being on hold for 10 minutes, she hangs up. Horrible service and lazy workers. Do not put a “halal” sign on your restaurant if you cannot even be reasonable when people ask for HALAL food.
We stopped here around 2:00am after having been out for some drinks. The place was crowded and only offers take-out at that hour. Restrooms are open and there is some seating along the front window. Service was great, fast and the food good, too.
Grilled chicken salad is my favorite the chicken is charbroiled which gives it that great taste. Breakfast is good as well the French toast! The true feature coming here is the service it is top notch! I highly recommend this location … thumbs up to the staff Marley, Charlotte, and Cassidy!
It was really good food. Gotta love the cheesecake lol. And furthermore the staff were polite friendly and served with a smile. I had a very pleasant experience. More than a 3.5 star rating is deserved. 4.5 to 5 star rating is much more deserving.
My server was Elizabeth and her customer service was terrible. It was as though we were bothering her. So if you don't mind terrible service this is the place for you. As far as food I had a chicken pita and the chicken was very dry.
I called in an order last night, a chef salad with grilled chilled, a soup, and some fries. Drove 20 minutes to go pick it up and the lady that rung me up assured me everything was in the bag. I got home and realized that the fries were missing and so was the grilled chicken on my salad. I called back and asked to speak with the manager I think her name was Tina. I’m not sure who taught this lady to be a manager but never in my life have I had this type of experience with any restaurant even fast food. I dine out regularly and have never had a manager deal with a matter the way she did. I called back and told her the situation I was very upset that I had to drive 20 minutes back to pick up the rest of the order and she didn’t even offer any type of compensation for their mistake. She only said they would remake the order which they did not even do that they used the same salad which wasn’t even prepared correctly and slapped a piece of chicken on it. In the end I got a 10 percent discount on a piece of chicken that took 50 cents off the order. I was actually more upset with the ladies rude demeanor and her lack of concern about my order. Especially when I told her I will not be returning and her response to me was “they always do”. I definitely will NOT be returning I get better service at McDonald’s.
