Had our daughters birthday party here and it was so fun. Reasonable pricing and the food was delicious. Drinks were good too. The place was super clean and the staff were very accommodating
Had my daughter's birthday here. The manager was beyond exceptional. Cleaned up and disinfected the party room immediately after the last group exited. Gathered a team together and helped me set up my extensive decorations in a mere ten minutes. The place was also outstandingly clean unlike other indoor playgrounds. Overall wonderful and extremely accommodating to our last minute plans
I am so absolutely in love with this place after just our first visit! Let’s start with the fact that the facility is absolutely gorgeous. From the sitting areas that are in abundance for parents/guardians, to the play area which is not lacking a single thing. My kid could have spent 12 hours there and still have been entertained! There is an entire wall of sensory boards, and activities and the coloring area is adorable! On top of all of that it is so clean, and you will actually see the employees up in the place center wiping down, and vacuuming as kids are playing to keep it sanitary! But my absolute favorite part was the fabulous young lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Halam. She was so patient and kind with my 1 million questions, and so informative! The prices are great, especially during the early bird hours! We will definitely be back, with all of my son‘s cousins, because this is definitely one of our new favorite places in Michigan!!!
It was a rainy day and I stumbled across here on google. Definitely a very clean, big spacious area for kids to play from smaller babies to my toddler and up. He had a great time and we will be back!
Great atmosphere, very clean and relaxing. My only complaint is some kids were wearing shoes on he green mat. Shoes are gross.UPDATE:I had to change my rating after my recent visit. This place needs to be CLEANED. Not just dusted or sprayed but actually cleaned. The air quality can't be good. And everything feels filmy in the tunnels. From the amount of dirt and dust in accessible places I highly doubt adults are wiping down the equipment. Sad.This place was once great.In response to your reply:Some areas in the photos are behind the nets but others are accessible. One photo is of the soft stairs leading to the slide. This is the part the small children are placing their hands on to climb. Another photo is the soft railing which is also handled by the smaller children and accessible. I hope the new equipment and an eye for detail brings this place back to its glory.
This is a wonderful and welcoming place to bring your kids. There is a separate baby/ toddler area for my little guy, and a much bigger play space for my 8 year old. They love to go and it's perfect for them to have a place to let out some energy when they can't go outside. Prices are reasonable, food is good, and staff is helpful and friendly.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Kidcadia!!! My kids had a blast as always and I love knowing they are safe, even my 2 year old was able to play today w/his big sister and friends because the play area is all enclosed! Thank you!
This place is AMAZING. I am so sad I am just learning about it because my daughter absolutely loved it and so did I. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. I felt like is in a spa and having mommy time with the soft relaxing music, the clean crisp smell in the air and being able to sit in the princess throne chairs all while watching my kid play. I love that where I was sitting I was able to see my daughter at all times without having to get up and go looking. As soon as people were getting up the staff was wiping down the chairs and tables. Beyond pleased with how clean this place is. The food is extremely reasonable and not over priced (I paid less than $8 for 2 chicken tenders, fries and a juice box) I also loved that they had stuff to purchase and it was all learning games and educational things. We drove over 40 mins and would do it once a week to go back. This place is amazing and I recommend it to everyone

I came here for a bday party, as soon as I seen the play area, I was in awe, amazing! The one thing that I didn’t like, which is why I can’t give a 5 star is because as I was waiting in line to order food, a girl walked out of the door, behind the counter eating a French fry. Behind those doors must be the kitchen area, and that to me was just unprofessional and unsanitary, I got out the line, cuz I didn’t wanna order food anymore.
