Chicken was good but customer service was bad. Not to mention they don’t got fries ?!?!
The food was very good and I love the option of ordering ahead online.
They will tell you they are out of 90% of things on menu if you go a hour or so before closing then try to offer you old food lazy and ridiculous sometimes I have went and they were closed hours before closing time
I found it difficult to just order 6 peices of data chicken. I paid $15 bucks for 6 prices of dark chicken. I was so hungary for some KFC, but very expensive! I felt that the kitchen could be updated. This has been here for over 25+ years..The carry out windows and areas could be more desirable..They could put more money back into the kitchen area..Chicken was good! Server at the outside speaker was patient.
The worst EVER. Ordered a Nashville hot tender meal the lady tells me to hang on that she was counting her chicken to see if she had enough. Says she doesn’t then says she does. I ordered this with fries 40 minutes later i get to the there was only 2 cars infront of me. I pay for my order then get asked if a wanted buffalo assuming they are also out of the Nashville hot sauce, i just take it anyways because I’m not going to sit for another hour for them to make my food, get home and they gave me mashed potatoes. Im so ticked off this is so ridiculous.
Tamika has great customer service and interaction! She inviting, friendly, upbeat, etc. Food was great too!
Ordered crispy and they must have double fried the original. The chicken was hard and it sucked. We couldn't eat the skin at all.
Friendly service (like excellent)but my chicken was a little overly cooked.
Very rude and non caring employees...they are always out of food and never seem to have your food fresh..smh one of the worst KFC's
Location is the epitome of ghetto and poor customer service. Only a few times where the workers have been polite when receiving orders and they never have food ready or state on the intercom they are closed.
