Sat on hold for 20 minutes trying to place an order. Finally decided to drive to the location to find the door locked and an employee turned the lights off while I was standing there. Location was said to close at 10pm and this was 855pm today
They brought the pizza out to our car curbside. Pizza was fresh and baked PERFECTLY! 3-cheese sticks were amazing some of the best I've had. Got a sausage deep dish and it was excellent.
Great food manager real good guy friendly! That will bring me back every time.
I was charged a MANDATORY 10% gratuity on my TAKEOUT order in Dearborn because my order exceeded $60.00 as if my bill wasn't large enough. This was an insult (salt on a wound). I can get pizza 100 different places, this foolish decision has cost them mine and my families business. 4 customers. As a paying patron it's nice to have choices.
i have never posted any reviews before and try not to post anything negative no matter how bad a place is. But this place has the worst customer service in the world. I wish i can give them zero stars for their rudeness. I do not recommend this location AT ALL
Foods always great. Slightly pricey but be sure to ask for deals and bring it up so u can get the discounts.

Honestly, very inconsistent. Very, very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but most of the time either the cheese is halfway gone bc they let the dough bubble up (trapped steam, just poke it with a fork b4 baking), the crust is almost always burnt, cheese burnt, toppings really inconsistent, the box edges closed into the pizza, etc. I'd let a lot slide without complaining, but after maybe 6 orders being messed up I finally called and said something. They replaced it, and it was still messed up. I called & they said there was nothing they could do. I let it go, then some months later decided to try them again, hoping it'd be different, but again, the pizza was burnt to heck, cheese half gone from bubbled up dough, box smashed edges, burnt BBQ sauce (bbq chicken pizza) so I called, and they were like "you called and complained last time you ordered" yeah, months prior, bc it was messed up. As it was again. They said they wouldn't fix it bc of that. Like, are you kidding me? So I called corporate. They said they'd speak to them, and that was about it. Months went by, and again, figured I'd give them another chance, hoping things would have changed, but when I called, they put the manager on the phone and they said they would not serve us bc I called corporate on them! How about you learn how to poke a few holes in your dough before baking it so it doesn't bubble up, learn how to NOT burn food, and close a box properly. Unbelievable.
Pizza is always good. They have the best tasting sauce and toppings always fresh. Love the crunchy flavored crusts to. Due to covid and lack of workers, lobby still closed. They brought our rider outside to us.
I don't know how they were able to the franchise, frozen pizza is much much much better .
