Wow is mikes way life changing. Chloe I think it was, and I believe Gooba really gave me the best service. I highly recommend dining here! I feel like family every time. great food, great service, great people. Come here everyday, at 10 am. They always remember my order. Ask for Chloe or Gooba !!! (10 out of 5 stars)

I am so impressed with the staff at this location. Every time my family orders through them we are greeted by name! If my children are not with me they remember them and ask to give them hugs. Their customer service is outstanding and really make you feel important when you come in. This is how it is suppose to be! Other businesses please take note- they know customer service. The subs just rock too but their added touch is both unexpected, and very appreciated! Keep up the great work!
This was My worst Jersey Mike's experience ever!! I ordered 5 subs and paid $77 dollars and all 3 of My giant Kahuna subs seriously lacked on the meat and peppers, they bagged my cold club sub in the same bag as the rest and it was warm and gross by the time I got home and the little short blonde haired manager was having a hissy fit and cussing and fussing in the back and could be heard at the door
I attempted to dine in and was greeted by rude staff who said there was a sign on the door that said oine orders only. I would have placed an online order from my phone, but there were several untouched receipts for large online orders out of their machine, and they were busy putting together other online orders too. It was going to be quite a wait.So we went to a competing Sub store in the same plaza, it's always less than 5 minutes there. Do that and save yourself the headache. It's such a shame because I love their subs.Old review: (ONLY come in person to this store!!!! I have tried calling this store since I moved to the area in January, and have never had my call answered. I went in person today to purchase a sub, and saw that the phone had been set to the side off the hook. No wonder. :(The staff were friendly and worked together on my order. And other staff were finishing up a few online orders. I was the only person in the store and got my sandwich quickly. My sub looked great, and I'm sure it tastes great, Jersey Mike's is so tasty. If it's bad I'll change my review to one star lol)
I love the subs and I love the staff whoever was there Saturday February 19th around 3 or 4 was amazing and super friendly.
