Parking was easy. Extremely clean. Cashier acknowledged us even though he was waiting for the patrons before us to decide their choices. They were very precise in creating the orders. Everyone was working was happy and pleasant even though they were busy. Everything was fresh and beautiful.
Nice place, ice cream is good, I would recommend. Only thing they need to work on is the sanitation my wife noticed one of the workers wearing gloves picking up a cell phone and I assumed answering the business call while working on the ice cream. Then a female worker just came in went straight behind the counter and started working wiping her forehead and making ice cream without washing her hands or wearing gloves you can tell she had an attitude that she didn't want to be there.
Everything tasted fresh and it was the prettiest ice cream I’ve ever had. The chimney cake was delicious, the texture surprised me, it was like a chewy donut. Hoping to go again sometime!
The staff are meticulous in creating each treat to be visual perfection. Which leads to a lovely presentation but a bit of a longer wait than expected. The chimney cakes were good, but did not knock my party’s socks off. We felt the ice cream was lacking flavor and for the size of each cake, it was kind of pricy. The store is lovely and a great aesthetic though!
To be honest I was very disappointed with the taste of the ice cream here. We had about 7 items and 3 of them tasted like the ice cream was made with expired milk. The staff is great and the place has a nice vibe to it. The treats are aesthetically pleasing. As for the taste I barely had three spoons of the ice cream before throwing it out.
Never had chimney cakes before so I had to check it out. It's not as soft as waffles but is more of a mix between bread and churros. Absolutely lovely and they have so many different ice cream flavours and toppings to choose from and design your own. I went for the cookie butter biscoff and it's so heavenly! Great for sharing, will have to come back to try and maybe even create my own flavours!
Definately paying for the experience at this place. Really artistic ice cream creations served in a flaky pasty cone that tastes like a donut. Took my daughter for her Birthday and that made it worth the almost $10 per cone. Atmosphere was fun and it is still worth a visit.
Wow!! The pictures, reviews, and description looked tempting and delicious. And they didn't lie! The pineapple whip is so flavorful and it's vegan, so no tummy ache. I got the tropical fruit cone and loved it. My husband got the blueberry cone. The vanilla ice cream is very light. He liked my pineapple whip better. The presentation is beautiful and the texture of the cone is delicious. When we visit Dearborn next, we'll be stopping here again.
Tik tok did not let me down this time. Oh. My. Goodness. The menu was extensive with all different kinds of flavors. Each creation aesthetically pleasing and delicious as the next. The chimney cakes themselves are incredible and the ice cream or shake combos only add to the delight. Also, whoever was the interior designer of the place deserves some recognition. It is very clean and a style that i can only describe as glamorous industrial style. Highly recommend giving this place a visit.
This place was not only a treat but it was an adventure chimney cakes I've made out of a dough quite similar to a cinnamon roll they are put on a spit and then cook with toppings toppings molded into the dough then filled with your favorite concoction they are absolutely splendid..
