Worst experience I’ve had by far in a city like Dearborn, considering Fratelli’s USED to be good. The service was horrible, I didn’t catch the girls name but the chefs in the back were trying their best to get food out to us. I stood for 15 minutes to place my order for dine in and was told to “Hold on” because she was on the phone. The house salad came with just lettuce, cheese and red onion and wasn’t dressed. When I handed the salad back to the girl that took our order she told me, “Oh you want it with ranch?”. Most off salad I’ve had by far. The margarita pizza was an after thought. The girl in the front said “I completely forgot who it was for.” And started laughing. The cheese was hard like a puck, everything peeled off and the ranch was the same temperature as the pizza: I took once slice and took a picture of whatever was left. Meanwhile the table directly behind me has everything handed to them, and everything was either thrown at me or put on the counter for me to grab because the girl in the front was too busy every time I asked for something. After this encounter, I would not suggest Fratelli’s to anybody who’s looking for a quick bite because you have to stay on top of your order and it’s a hassle to get anything from the front of the store.
Man just yesterday I had the chicken burger and let me tell u it was so good where I had to text the restaurant page and Instagram and they where actually really positive about everything. The burger was way to big and it was just the right price for something like this if u ask me we not going to forget the cheese bread too now are we?? That was just over all one of the best meals I have tried
Cute and cozy pizza joint. Came once for the pizza and I was so impressed with the freshness and high quality ingredients. Came back to try the burger and OMG! This is the best burger I've ever had anywhere in the US. The meat is cooked perfectly, not too done with simple toppings. The customer service was great too! Highly recommend Fratellis to everyone who loves good food!
Omg so this place has the best pizza for one but omg hands down best fish tacos on Wednesdays and Saturdays this was my first time having them since I was pregnant and in the hospital a yr ago it was the first thing I begged for when I could eat cuz there so good the special sauce is tangy and Spicy the homemade slaw that goes it is never watery and the crunch on the fish is perfect everytime the sauce doesn’t make it soggy ever and the hint of lime is the icing on the hole taco
Never disappoints when getting delivery or when you dine. Their Margherita pizza slaps and top tier. Also their wings are really good but they were not crunchy but that is probably because of the buffalo sauce on but still would eat the wings.
I’ll say this ????My husband and I first time here and the bread bites with Parmesan and sauce (Appetizer) was delightful and mouth watering, the ? salad was not bad either. I ordered the Caesar and the margarita pizza was EVERYTHING. The customer service was good too, definitely worth it.It’s small inside, you can dine in but the oven baked pizza was made with love and care ?☺️??
BESIDES BEING THE BEST PIZZA WE’VE HAD, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH, THE GENTLEMAN IN THE BACK CAME OUT WITHOUT ME ASKING AND HELPED ME PUT MY ORDER IN MY CAR EVEN THO IS WAS FREEZING. WILL BE BACK. THANKS.
I got the chicken sandwich it was great!! So much flavor and it was cooked perfectly. My husband got the smash burger and said it was amazing! And he’s hard to please ? the fish and chips were huge in portion size and very good! We will definitely be back!
Wow wow wow wow. I can wow all day and it won’t be enough to say how good the food is here. I dine here with my family of 5 every Friday night. Never a disappointment very consistent. Pizza is great. Portnoy where you at?? Best fish tacos I’ve ever had. Chicken tenders are awesome. I can go All day about this place. Just try it!!
