This is a great location, with a crew operating efficiently and pumping out accurate orders on time. I almost never have issues, but on the rare occasion I do have one, they always make it right immediately, exceeding my expectations. Very nice group of people working here, it's always a pleasure to see them.
The worst possible service. Won’t be coming here again. They don’t know what they’re doing at all. When trying to order and use coupon, they stare at you like nothing while you’re scrambling trying to figure it out how to obtain it yourself. Wouldn’t let us use the coupon when the coupon has something clearly written on there saying there’s a discount. Isn’t this your job to know this stuff?
Terrible out of the ice cream I want every time and coffee isn’t fresh drive all the way to the other location worth the trip trust me!
I really want to say that the service was good... but I will never buy hot coffee in the afternoon . It was burnt. Coffee should be fresh always❗
It wasnt bad, but the ice cream is purely overpriced. 4.00+ just for ice cream? That's so "reasonably priced." I'd rather get a 2 dollar bucket Ice cream from Kroger.
I ended up in the ER for food poisoning because they gave me whole milk which I am allergic to I asked for Oat milk and never got it and plus the latte tasted funny I poured it out then had to rushed to hospital with a rapid slow heart rate, vomiting and severe stomach pains I will never come back to this location
Great place. But hrs are wrong they are 24hrs or open at 5am
I go for coffee or the caramel latte in a blue moon. Out of caramel anything. Barely any donuts let alone a peanut donut which was I went here.Roberto's on Van Born is WAAAAY better but they don't make a peanut donut.$16 DOLLARS FOR A DOZEN DONUTS, THAT ARE SHIPPED IN, NOT BAKED IN-STORE????
