Not a good experience. They claim they don't have a gift card machine so I have to pay cash. Seem like management need to check the supplies vs financial books might find that workers are pocketing some funds. So now I have a gift card and I have to drive far to spend at another location.
I drove all the way to this location to get my fave ice cream since the closest location to me has shut down. I asked for five different combos and I was told they were out of ice cream or were not selling that. Why advertise on your window if you weren’t selling. Then when I asked for founders favorite there was no sweet cream ice cream or pecans. They were also out of the very basic topping….sprinkles. The staff was also not too friendly and seemed annoyed. Not the cold stone experience I was hoping for.
If I could have given this location a 0, I would have! I went inside to order and stood there 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the 3 workers in the store. The one lady was busy working the drive-through while the other 2 ladies were too busy talking to acknowledge customers. I recommend you don't even bother with this Coldstone!
So first off, they have their hours listed as closing at 10pm on Saturday. Not really the employees fault for that, I assume it was supposed to be 9pm. But I just went in at 8:51pm and the girl at the counter told me they were closed & refused to serve me. Too bad cause I would’ve left her a great tip. I’ll never be returning to this location though.
Online says they’re open until 10:00 but the drive through cashier said they closed at 9.
CHANGE UR COLD STONE HOURS IF UR NOT GONNA BE OPEN. GUYS SAIS OH YA NO NOT TILL 3 CAUSE WE DONT HAVE ANYONE TO WORK COLD STONE. Tf u mean u all standing in there and can’t make something ? Trash. Change ur hours if you can’t be open
i hate how drive thru workers can just decide to close whenever they want, even when google hours say otherwise. Drove 30 mins after checking online that they were open and waited in line just to be told they were closed
I have tried to give this location many chances but the constant attitude, rudeness, and bad service is just too much. Drive to the next location and avoid this one altogether.
