This is my go to place for snacks and cakes. My son has a gluten allergy and finding quality cakes without gluten was difficult until we find Cheat Treats. Ali does a wonderful job creating not only a gorgeous cake but it's also delicious. Weather it's birthdays or holidays this is our spot for treats.
Customer service is outta this world literally.. I got the best Cookie Monster freak shake from here and I was so infatuated with the shake.. I left my wallet on accident lol I get a call the next day ( on their off day ) saying they have my wallet and I could come get it and I went I got there I was greeted w my wallet and a delicious pie. Definitely got a forever customer in me. ??
I love this place! When you first walk in, there's nice decor and music playing. I decided to get the Strawberry Shortcake and Smores shakes. The workers here are very kind people! I remember talking to a woman briefly, and I still remember her friendliness. Before leaving, she made sure I got napkins and spoons.I ate the strawberry, and it tasted amazing. I loved eating the amount of toppings and treats inside! Plus, it just looks so cool! My parent ate the Smores and loved it too! We had a excellent experience here and I'm excited to come back and try more of their treats!
I love it evertime I come here! Great customer service great experience. It's clean I love the atmosphere in there. My family and I always go here. We always get freak shakes and doughnuts but next time I'm going to try the Acai bowl. By the way the free sample doughnut ball they gave out last night was great. I only got 10 I should have got more! We will be back.
Not good! I saw this place on Instagram, so we decided to try it. I wish we hadn't. I feel like I wasted my money. The desserts and coffee were terrible. The cappuccino tasted like diet soda mixed with cheap coffee. I couldn't take more than a few sips before I had to throw it away. The cheesecake wasn't refrigerated and didn't taste good. I hope I don't get sick. The donut wasn't fresh. It tasted like it had been made days ago. The only positive was that the woman helping us was nice. Overall, this was a bad experience. We probably should've opted for a milkshake. At least it would've been fresh.
The kids LOVED the monster shakes but for me it is the customer service that will keep us going back

Order the love bundle and was highly disappointed. Why would you put a card and candles in the picture if they were not included?? The cookies were ok, and the flowers were in the best shape they could be for 3 days in the mail but definitely not worth the 30 bucks. They also say they respond to their messages immediately but from the picture you'll see they don't reply at all.
