When I came first time here, I was very excited since the Lamb Tongue Sandwich was so good. So, I gave a good review. I received a Great service from a cheerful lady. Second time, when when I visited this place, same lady hosted me and she remembered me and said, "You liked the Tongue Sandwich"! After that I visited this place so many times and everytime I was happy. They also provided a small cup of complementary soup every time. But my last two visits (including today, just came out from there) were horrible. A very old and short lady, who is exceptionally rude, greeted me both days. She said, I have to buy the soup separately. And today, she was even loudly telling other waiters, "Don't give him soup"! Multiple times. A waiter was even asking her, "No soup for him?". Complementary soup isn't important for me, but her attitude does matter. Today she even gave me the bill and said that I have to pay to the counter by myself. Even last day, she pulled the menu from my hand very roughly, then said sorry! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! IF THE RESTAURANT OWNER DOESN'T FIRE THAT RUDE, SHORT, OLD LADY, HE WILL LOOSE HIS BUSINESSES AND CUSTOMERS LIKE ME. I changed my review from 5 star to 1

This restaurant has some of the best tasting middle eastern food in the Detroit area. I always get the de-boned chicken (boneless marinated grilled chicken) every time I come here and I highly recommend it. The entrée came with pita bread, lentil soup, a salad and a choice of rice or hummus. For the price it is a good portion size and the quality is there as well. Definitely recommend. Service is excellent as well.

I just picked up a huge order at first there was an issue because a guy grabbed the wrong thing off the counter I went back in and they fixed it immediately and are amazing at making sure you have your stuff. Food is always fresh and delicious. I recommend 10 stars if I could. Thanks for great customer service!!! Mohammad the young son of the owner is great!!

The food is excellent. Hot, fresh and delicious. The best part is that it is halal and I didn't have to cook! If you are in the area and have time to stop for lunch or dinner (we purchased our dinner for our family's Ramadan fast), I recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. We live in a small town with no halal or Muslim restaurants so it is always nice to visit the bigger cities and have a day out and we were not disappointed with Cedarland Restaurant.

great food, extremely friendly service full of character! we had the mixed meat and a mezze starter, both were great. fun fun place

This place truly blew me away. My meal was oregano lemon chicken with fattoush and tabouli, plus the complimentary (when dining in, that is) lentil soup. I can highly recommend all those items. It was also very reasonably priced. They have clean, non-individual restrooms.

I'd give this place 5 stars for customer service but for Dearborn standards the food was a little disappointing. The babaganoush tasted metallic and the meat shawarma was dry. The rice was really good and so was the tabouleh, fatoush and hummus.

Food was pretty good, but they took my order incorrectly and didn't make it right when I told them. Took my card and charged me before they confirmed order. I ordered the Cedar Platter and was instead given the Cedar Feast which was double the price and wasn't what I wanted. I did not appreciate that at all and not sure if I will be back.

للاسف الاكل كان بارد كثير والخدمة كانت سيئة والحمامات كان وضعها سيء ومو نظيفة مقرف ?يعني اسوء مطعم بدخل عليه ?

I hate to say that it’s the worst restaurant I went to in Detroit.. customer service is terrible… food was cold idk how they said the bbq and shawarma is fresh and been served cold that’s lie it’s not fresh. Restaurant not neat as other restaurants.
