Burger King "used" to be decent.. do t think they know the word "fresh".. always get jr whoppers with cheese but now there's no life in them cuz they've sat so long.. then they microwave them and kill more life out of them and all you get is semi hot lettuce and tomato and dry bun and beef.. BARELY edible... Wish they would just hire more people and cook they're stuff to order or close to it

Horrible experience. The cashier told me not to come back after I said the service was slow and Horrible instead of apologizing for the unnecessary wait. Dirty and ghetto. I will not be returning and letting everyone I know not to come here.

Ordered a whopper Jr and fries, burger looked like it was fried not flame broiled and was much smaller than the bun. Lettuce was brown and old and the bun was soggy. I ate 5 fries and pitched all of the meal in the trash. Would Not recommend eating here!!!!!

I came here for the first time to try and taste hoping they will be better than McDonald's, but it appears that Burger King customer service is worse than McDonald's. I trued to place an order and the guy told me "please don't do this what's your order" I told him do what? He said "you're doing it every time". Than I had to leave because they are accusing me of something I didn't do and I don't know what the thing is. Its my last time here.

This restaurant should be closed until the huge holes are fixed right after the pickup window there are gigantic holes that you can't miss you have to stop and roll slow they are at least 10inches deep and 18-24 inches wide it will you bottom out and mess your car up , I have a small car and it did some damaged , I've never seen such a horrible mess in my life , they need to be sued !

It was a black woman yesterday that was rude, as soon as we pulled up, she was like "It's gonna be a 20 minute wait because the dude in front of you made a big order and it's not that many people here"I was like "Hello."And she was like "Did you hear me?"Dang, no hello back?Sorry you're working for $10 an hour and are miserable with your job because you have nowhere else to go, but work on your customer service skills and learn how to talk to people and maybe it'll be easier.I DO appreciate her giving us a head's up, but sheesh, again, work on your C.S. skills.

Employees are very rude don’t know how to get a order straight act like they are doing you a favor by serving you have too much mayonnaise on the food it’s nasty will never eat here again call corporate maybe they can do something about this place because somebody sure does

Worst Burger King their could be just 1 car in line and takes at least 20 minutes. I can not believe no one has taken notice and made this place better it has to be the worst Burger King in FloridaAWFUL!!!

Depends on the manager who decides to open the sit down area..Today was the manager who locks the door and says that I have to have a vehicle to order threw the drive through when she can see I'm driving a big garbage truck then want's to start a augment

Went today.. only two cars in the lot but it took 20 minutes to get old and cold tasteless fries and a cold sloppy hamburger. Certainly Burger King is not checking their quality standards at this pathetic location. What a waste of time and money.
